Disappointed with service at the Burger King #7892 located at MCO Terminal B Gates 70-99. We entered the line around 9:35 am and did not order until around 9:52 am. We still had two hours until boarding, so this review is not biased by any rush to board. First, it was before 10am, but the four digital menu screens displayed lunch items only. There was no reference to breakfast. Therefore, considering this was an airport location, it appeared lunch items only were available for whatever reason. At the counter, we were informed by the cashier that chicken and Whopper Jrs were not available. We asked what sandwiches were available and was told only Whoppers. However, it turned out that there were multiple breakfast menu sandwiches available because we later noticed them being made up even though we were told only Whoppers were available. Nobody had any way of knowing unless the specific question was asked of the cashier while ordering. Also, nobody would have any way of knowing pricing for the breakfast items because no breakfast item was displayed. This made the line operate slowly. In addition, it took approximately 14 minutes until food was delivered. Multiple employees were talking and worked slowly. The cashier just up and walked away in the middle of taking our order before returning shortly thereafter when we then had to repeat our order. This was an unacceptable experience for any Burger King location, let alone at an airport where efficiency is of paramount importance. Please review your operations, streamline the workflow of employees, emphasize the importance of efficiently, and deliver a better service that would be greatly appreciated by...
Read moreI never leave reviews of restaurants, having worked in food service myself, but I'm making an exception today.
I just grabbed some lunch here about 10 minutes ago and I was not at all satisfied with my visit. Firstly, we were directed to order via the digital TouchPad, which makes sense due to Covid 19. However, neither of them were working well. Myself and 3 other patrons had issues, and none of them were printing receipts. The buttons had to be pushed 4 times to register anything.
While I was waiting for my order, the cashier was far more focused on continously yelling at everyone "stay behind the podium" which again, makes sense due to Covid, except every single person was already far behind the line. No joke, he said this 4 times to an empty line with nobody in it.
It also didn't help that the wait was rather long, and even when it did start to get busy, there were employees in uniform just standing there.
After yelling it to an airport employee, he was told that employees could order at the register instead for using the kiosk (which doesn't really make sense to me but whatever) my order came up. I had to ask if I could have a ranch sauce because the kiosk didn't give me the option to order one, and he proceeded to half throw it at me.
I also paid $0.80 for extra bacon on my cheddar bacon King and ended up with a grand total of 2 and a half pieces. Honestly, I understand covid makes things tough, but the cashier felt rude and like he didn't want to serve people. Just my two cents. I noted the overall review average here is 2.8 so I know I'm not the only one. Maybe I should have expected less due to the...

I have a few observations concerning my recent visit on 7/23/19.
Staff appeared to be very unhappy with having to work at this location. Attitudes abound. Rudeness to customers, ignoring customers, fighting amongst themselves. Inaccurate orders. During my time at the counter there were at least 7 orders that had to be thrown out and corrected. Mostly sandwiches that were made wrong. Service time. Our order took approximately 10 minutes to fill. Not that bad considering the number of people. However the order was wrong. The sandwich was not made correctly and I was not provided with a coffee cup. It took over 10 minutes just to get someone's attention long enough to be handed a cup. I had to repeat my order no less than 4 times before someone made the correct sandwich.
As a former member of the Burger King team, I found this experience not to be representative of the high customer service standards in which I was trained and expected to uphold during my employment.
Upper level management should be made aware of the substandard environment at...
