I don't think I've ever given a negative review, but the service here is bad. I got a barbecue chicken pizza, and it was really good, but the rest of my experience was frustrating. The ordering area is laid out in a way that's kind of confusing, and the employees were just standing around watching people be confused. They gave no direction and stood far away from the registers. I was able to find the right place to order and someone took my order, but she seemed really unhappy with me and every customer there. A man wanted to know where to order, so I directed him to the right register. He stood there for a few minutes while employees stared at him blankly. He looked at me to confirm that that really was the right place to order and I nodded. Eventually, a different man who was getting frustrated walked right up to where the employees stood and said "Can you take my order?!". An employee sighed and said "Over here" and brought him to the register that the other man had been waiting at and finally took their orders. My pizza was good, and it was made it quickly. Read moreWow! Just close this place down, clearly none of the employees want to be here as they were rude and unprofessional, and the food is terrible. Ordered a BLT wrap because they didn’t have cheese for the grilled cheese… and waited ten plus minutes (I’m the only one in line) as the girl who was supposed to be making the sandwiches chatted with her coworkers and ignored me. Only once she notices me standing there and asks what I’m waiting on does she tell me they don’t have tomato for the BLT “is that ok”. I ended up with a half empty chicken salad sandwich with old lettuce and a hand filled baggie of stale unsalted kettle chips. (The Mrs. Vickie’s on display don’t come with the $18 sandwich combo.) We also got the “Kicked Up Dip” French dip sandwich, the only thing kicked up was the insane amount of salt in the au jus. $37 for two sandwiches, two baggies of chips and two drinks. You’re better off eating tic tacs and gum from the convenience store....

First off, yea, the price is a lot..it's an airport restaurant. We were looking at reviews for all the surrounding places in this terminal, and they were all bad, so we just gave this one a go as we had vouchers.
We got two pizzas, maghartia and pepperoni..I can say the maghartia is not worth it, just pizza with diced tomatoes.
It's kinda like those pizzas you got as a kid. It's not great, but the bread is definitely tasted fresh. I wish the menu listed the ingredients clearly as I wouldn't have gotten maghartia if I saw it was just diced tomatoes lol.
Either way, we were content with our pizza, and it helped us with our delayed flight. My wife and I finished both pizzas, so it was worth spending West Jets' money on it!
The cashier guy was very nice as well, and our pizza was done about 3m...
