We placed an order with that lady, who didn’t speak any english, only to find out at the register that they were out of it. She hadn’t said a word, and then we had to order something else, further delaying our food arriving.

I pointed to what I wanted and asked for it toasted. She wrapped a crossiant and said they are served cold. I said I didn't want the crossiant. She then threw the bag with the crossiant on the back counter. Then put my sandwich in the toaster for maybe 20 seconds. No one wants to work but we all need to put on a face....
