Never come here, worst service you've ever seen in your life! Waited 15 minutes for service at an empty bar and restaurant (at an airport where most people are in a rush). After asking 3 servers for assistance, I left frustrated, because noone could help me out, apparently. Came back a few hours later because of a delayed flight, and wanted some chips and salsa. I then realized the manager (Ashley) was one of the servers whom told me that the bartender was in the bathroom (for 15+ minutes?). So basically the manager couldn't help me out, or let me rephrase that, didn't want to help me out. On my second return it took one of the servers to convince the manager Ashley to help me out. Unbelievable. I've never seen such a lazy manager, who was so unmotivated in my life! She literally walks around at a snails pace seemingly looking to avoid any interaction with guests or help support any of her colleagues. The servers were trying to help, the manager was basically not concerned at all that the bar had been sitting unmanned for over 15 minutes. Check the picture....zero customers, zero service. It's bad enough you have to order from a QR code, not a bartender, you can't even submit the order until someone "opens a tab" for you, which the manager forgot to offer as well. This location could benefit from a visit from corporate, or maybe Gordon Ramsey, or Bar Rescue. Please....send help 🙏 As I was writing a review, 3 elderly people asked for a server, and a colleague said their waitress was in a meeting with human resources so they really couldnt place an order right now. Obviously the 3 elderly people left quite upset. Then 2 more tables, same thing. I had to go talk to the staff. They were very friendly and apologetic but literally 8 customers walked out while I writing this review (then an employee told me it was actually 5 tables that walked out). I feel like I'm in the twilight zone at this place. I've never seen anything like it. Took 13 minutes from time of order for my second beer (cause I tracked people down or itbwould have probably been a half hour or so). Totally blown...
Read moreI wish I could give a flat out ZERO… I Took my family of 4 out to lunch here while waiting on our flight… The waiter was clearly over worked but managed to take care of EVERY other table BUT ours… After our drinks were delivered we literally had to ask him for EVERYTHING… from the time we got our appetizers to the time we flagged him down to order was over an hour and 20 minutes… we ordered the appetizer platter that took WELL over 30 mins to come… a chicken strip meal… chicken fajitas… Boneless Buffalo wings…. And a Buffalo chicken sandwich…. NO WAY it should’ve took over an hour and by the time we got silverware for my food it was cold… Never asked for refills nor checked on our table ONCE…. When I asked for a side of broccoli… it was dropped off on the ledge, NOT my table to me… at the end of the meal ofc we had to flag someone down to speak to them about our meal… my initial complaint wasn’t even directed at the server but after speaking to the manager HE STORMS OUT YELLING at us “SO YALL WAITED 3 HOURS FOR YOUR FOOD?!” EXTREMELY confrontational IN FRONT OF EVERYONE… The table next to us who came AFTER but was served AND closed out first even chimed in to say INDEED we got poor service… I was literally SLEEP at the table waiting so long for service… FOUR tables were served and checked out before us LITERALLY… Without a simple “are you ok” “do you need anything” AS a business owner & past service industry worker I have NEVER been treated nor experienced THAT level of unprofessional behavior & aggression… PICK ANOTHER...
Read moreIf I could put 0 stars I would. Since it was my grandson's graduation he wanted Chili's. There was 15 people in our party so my daughter called ahead to reserve a table. The person on the phone said due to Covid they couldn't reserve a table. When we got there the hostess said it would be a 45 min. for a table. It was a special occasion so we decided to wait. An hour into the wait I asked the manager since we are all family could we sit on the other side of the restaurant that seemed to be closed off. She said no, it was closed due to Covid and if the CDC came in and we were seated on that side of the restaurant they would be closed down. ( I didn't believe that since I have been to several restaurants and they are at near or at full capacity) She said all we could either wait or go somewhere else but there was nothing she could do. 2 hours latter we get seated. We place our orders and an hour latter the waitress brings the kids food out. Okay, not a big deal, kids are fed. 1 1/2 hours latter Adults get their meal. The food was not eatable. Cold, looks like the just slopped it together. Not to mention the waitress spills a cup of ranch dressing in my hand while trying to hand it to me. The manager has my grandson's father hand out the food. Had to ask several times for refills. I will never return to the Chili's located at 12181 E. Colonial Dr. Orlando, Fl. 32826 after $100+ check we wont do this again. Not to mention this location is not the cleanest.. I have seen cleaner truck stops....
