HORRIBLE AND ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL STUDENT LED CHIPOTLE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.
Monday evening around the 6:30-7:00 block I visited this Chipotle to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I first came here during opening week and their SERVICE was Phenomenal! I was so excited since this was like 4 mins from my house. I decided to come back this Monday and check out how they were doing. The line was manageable and going pretty quick, not too busy. I started to make my bowl and asked for TWO tortillas on the side, and it started of on such a BAD note! The girl working there asked what I wanted and I stated I wanted barbacoa, she said that they will be 30 ish minutes. I was taken aback because for the person in front of me she had said will be another 5-6 minutes? I said no problem Ill just do chicken. She scooped 4-6 PIECES of chicken on my bowl. The rest was just strings no chicken. I looked at her and said ummm can I get some more( I was ignored) moved on to the next girl. My friend had a sofrita bowl and asked for veggies on them, she put TWO SMALL SLICED bell peppers on his bowl. He asked for more and she said it will be on the side since its still cooking, he said no problem, he will wait. The next girl with WHITE CLEAR GLASSES she didnt even take me seriously. I asked her for sour cream and cheese on the side, went ahead and put them on my bowl. I asked for guac, no guac was given, she just kept on pretending I dont exist. Then I asked for queso, I had to repeat it 3 times for her to answer me. At the checkout, the girl asked what I had gotten, I said a chicken bowl for me and sofritas for my friend, two tortillas, queso, and guac( they gave my friend guac) on the side and a drink.She reconfirmed the whole order with the two girls working the line. Then put it in the system but continued to ask me TWO more time what my order was. She said you got the barbacoa right, I said NO 3 times before she believed me and put chicken in the system. I asked her if both my tortillas were put in the bag, she said āyes I just put them inā. My friend kept on telling me āthey didnt put tortillas I was watchingā. We went to go sit down and eat, guess what NO two tortillas. I checked again go see if they were anywhere, they were no where! I WENT BACK TO ASK FOR THE TORTILLAS! She called it out down the line and i waited 8 minutes for a tortilla!! THEY WERE MAKING TORTILLAS FOR OTHER PEOPLE THIS WHOLE TIME I STOOD THERE WAITING!!!!! I felt so overwhelmed and ashamed to wait like this as if Im getting a handout when clearly I had PAID for my food!
The girls working in the picture, the whole LOT of them, so rude, unprofessional and have no training on how to serve food. When i came during opening week, the food was served in portions to what I paid, but during this time, it would be a miracle if I can get a 2 year old to fill they tummy with the quantity...

The girl serving me lacked any sense of professionalism, leaving me feeling overlooked and disrespected. But the pinnacle of frustration came when they forgot to include the tortillas I had asked for. It was as if they were more concerned with their own agenda, neglecting the basic components of customer service.
My disappointment at Chipotle on Monday evening was compounded not only by my own frustrating experience but also by witnessing the poor treatment my friend received while ordering her meal. As she requested her chicken bowl, she too encountered indifference from the staff. When she initially asked for barbacoa, she was informed of a 30-minute wait, a stark contrast to the mere 5-6 minute wait time quoted to the customer ahead of her. This inconsistency was concerning and set the tone for her entire experience.
Upon settling for chicken instead, she was shocked to find that her bowl was filled with a mere handful of chicken pieces, mostly consisting of stringy bits rather than substantial portions. Despite politely requesting more chicken, she was ignored by the staff, leaving her feeling disregarded and undervalued as a customer. The rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff, particularly the girl with white clear glasses, were appalling. Their dismissive attitudes and failure to take her order seriously only added to the frustration of the entire experience.
Witnessing the discrepancy between the quality of service during opening week and the current state of affairs was disheartening. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe few kid employees I have encountered here so far on 2 separate occasions are entitled, lazy, bad attitude, and will cheat you out of your food if it requires any work to restock- or will simply let you leave takeaway and not tell you half your order isnāt in there. If you dare return to ask for food you paid for⦠they will simply say they are out - mid day? And tell you to take it up with the app as rudely as possible. Even if you are being kind. One time, Iād assume itās someone having a bad day- more than 2x- they are the problem. And if itās close to closing (I witnessed this- multiple kids working there making 2-3 plates each to take home piling on the toppings for themselves, friends, and family members. I kid you notā¦naming off whose each plate is for) while barely if even giving you the proper portion or they themselves are the reason something is not available or āout of itā tough luck to the customer. One horrid employee in particular I wonāt call names out- but has a big attitude for such a small girl! For absolutely no reason. I donāt see her having a job here very long if she keeps driving customers away. Itās a shame because itās a nice, new location and has a drive thru which is much more convenient than the overcrowded parking lot of the other narcoosee location. Just the people they chose to employ here are extremely unpleasant and makes it a horrible experience. What is the management doing here?! Train these kids properly PLEASE! And tell them to stop stealing customers food. I get it if they are closed already and itās whatās left over. But to skim a customerās order to make sure employees have first pick is stealing. Or plain and simple -get some new help. Youāre losing business. I wonāt go back here after today. Iāll take the overcrowded older one any day over this one! Future customers beware. Or I hope if anything someone steps in to re- train these unruly children and keep a better line with actual...
