If I could give NEGATIVE stars, believe me I would. We've had 2 bad experiences previously with this location- and tonight was the 3rd. Because of the previous bad experiences with the order being wrong and then being delivered cold; we received coupons from the corporate office allowing 2 coupons for a free pizza with no restrictions. No size, topping, delivery/carry out restrictions- just free pizza. We called tonight to order and utilize the coupons, and order additional food as well. When we tried to tell them the coupons we had, we were transferred to the sad excuse of a manager who stated we weren't able to use the coupon to order. He didn't believe that we really had any coupons, even though we had all of the information he asked for and had the physical coupon right there in our hands- and proceeded to tell us that we had to come up to the location (at 8pm on a Friday night with a toddler) and place the order, and then they could deliver it. We started arguing about it, because of the obvious reason that you shouldn't have to go up to a store in person to have it delivered......and also for the fact that the coupons didn't specify any rules for being able to order. The "manager" apparently didn't agree with this and hung up on us. Really professional customer service there. We called back, and he proceeded to deny that he said any of the things he said in the previous conversation, but then told us that the same rules applied and he refused to place the order. We expressed that he's clearly in the wrong profession since he's handling the situation the way he is, and he told us that we can come do his job for him and hung up AGAIN. Worst customer service I've EVER experienced. We will be contacting corporate offices about this, and I think by the time we're done expressing this situation it'll be safe to say that this location will be soon hiring for a new store manager. Start sending in your applications people. Requirements aren't too high and if you don't speak English, they'll probably hire you...

Edit: I just got back from a month in the U.K. i stopped into a few of our chains to see how they compare. And frankly id eat them there. Pizza hut there not so much. So to go through 4 negative covid tests and a 14 hr flight home with a head cold and want spicy... you guys knocked it out of the park tonight. I texted everyone i know who eats pizza. This is what we want from you guys! Wings drowning(less is fine for your cost but absolutely not a dry spot on em!) And a pie that is not just ready for the commercials but despite being late by my standard of leaving store and how close i am... perfectly hot and delicious. Ive hammered you guys before. Giving you your due now and will be sure to forward this to corporate as well.

Edit: Guess I am editing again... new cheese stick items gave me an impressions of cicis cheese stick which is the only reason to go or at least was in the 90s. Ordered the roasted garlic 10 piece not sure what to expect.
Got normal but more colorful and cared for cheesesticks with just a hint of that roasted garlic at thr fore front and followed was something I wasn't expecting. I tried then plain I tried them dipped in marinara and in ranch and they were absolutely delicious in every way. The ranch even reminded me of the old cheese sticks with their old ranch back from the early 90s.
That they came in the standard 5 piece cheestick/breadstick fashion didn't bother me at all I have knives. But thr flavor profile is a fantastic job from pizza hut!

Read moreA couple of days ago (December 11th) my friend and I ordered over the phone from this location, and immediately when this employee answered the phone they were being rude and too much in a rush as if they wanted to get our order over with. My friend asked this employee what his name was, and he said his name is John. Our order was placed for delivery, and we were waiting for a good while, mind you, this location is about 7 minutes away from where my friend stays. We call again to check the status of our order, and Veronica answered the phone and told us out order was delivered, when we never even received it. All delivery instructions and address were given accurately prior to us placing the order. So Veronica takes care of us and told us there is no one that works there named John. So whatever male employee was working on December 11th around 12:30pm that picked up the phone, i don’t know if he was having a bad day but he needs professional training and should not be working in customer service if that’s how he’s going to treat customers. On top of that, when we received our food after the 2nd time ordering, it was all cold. Veronica was the only person that gave us a little ease in this situation. Please hire more respectful people...
