Tacos My Guey - Food Truck — Restaurant in Orlando

Honestly I’ve been here so many times. I loved eating here. But I had a weird experience the other day. I went to order some food and I put my order and went to pay. It said the card reader was down and I’m like oh okay. So I get the guy to come out and help me and he said they didn’t accept my card and I’m like I’ve used it before? Quite a few times. So he asked for a different form of payment and I’m like sure I got cash. So I get it out and he said they don’t accept cash? Weird. It’s okay tho because chipotle accepted my money with no problems.

I just thought this was a bad visit. Even tho the food is great. If they can’t take your cards or have what cards they don’t take on the machine so you know beforehand. Because who doesn’t take Mastercard? Personally I think the system needed to be rebooted. But that’s just me. Probably will be back but I won’t be visiting as much as I was before...

so I made an online order with their website and I paged my order they did not send me any information on my order they took the ones out of my account and when I called the lady had a horrible nasty attitude and she hung up on y face the first time then call again and ask for somebody who speaks English she proceeded to be very petty I her voice over the phone you can hear all of attitude and hangs up in my face again . I eventually got the money sent back to my account I went to the truck this time and she also had a attitude so I ordered in the screen outside of the truck and gave no tip because it was very poor service. Food was good, and went back to get 2 extra Surf and Turf tacos that we had as our original meal, which came with 3 tacos. Was told I could not buy just 2 surf and turf tacos and had to buy 3. I offered to buy one steak taco and one shrimp taco and asked if they could just mix up the proteins on each assuming the seasonings on the the surf and turf tacos was special, but was told they could not do that. Seems like a small "mom and pop" type establishment, so not sure why it couldn't be done. On the ordering menu, the employee and I could not find a way to have 2 proteins on one taco, which I think could have avoided this issue. They lost the sale of 2 extra tacos because of it.
