Starbucks — Restaurant in Orlando

I regularly visit this Starbucks on my way to work in the Lake Nona area. It’s conveniently located, making it easy for me to grab my morning coffee and take a few moments to meditate before starting my workday. I really appreciate the morning staff—Jenny, Amiee, and the other team members on the morning shift. They always remember my name and greet me with a warm smile. I recently tried the iced dolce cinnamon latte, which was recommended and made by Bailey, and it was delicious. I can tell it will become one of my favorites. Every time we come to this location the service is really terrible. They are always out of basic ingredients and supplies (medium cups, whip cream, drizzles, certain drink items for the day). I do understand that they opened not to long ago and sometimes it takes time to get a place up and running, but the attitude of the workers there really needs work. It wasn't busy the last time we were there and it took a long time to get our drinks and the batista were really unhappy to be there. The Hispanic girl who took my drink order at the drive thru was so rude. I asked to give me few second to choose. She was just silent and never say a word. then I speak for a Cheese Danish via the machine. I proceed to the Cashier, the gentleman was nice and I pay him. He stepped away while I was waiting for the mocha. That same girl left the drink there for a while. She finally gives it to me, the cup was dirty and full of greens stuff. It Looks nasty, I could not drink it, and I trash it. Never again to this store 82202....
