Junior Colombian Burger - Lee Vista Boulevard — Restaurant in Orlando

The food is always good, and usually the service. Actually the lady who took our order was really nice. But I had an incident with one of the ladies that was in the kitchen. We chose to sit at the table closer to the soda machine. The table was a little dirty, so instead of asking for someone to clean it, we decided to use a napkin with some water. When I was going to throw the napkin away, I noticed that they didn't have any garbage can back there, but I saw one in the kitchen, I was about to throw the napkin away, when this awful, rude woman, put her hand in front of the garbage can and screamed at me saying" NO NO NO, Aqui" (NO no no here), so I asked her: Where then? She said very loud, at the front only. She not only yelled at me and sent me to the front, but she didn't even bother to say, "not here, but I will take it and I'll take it to the front" like any good customer service person would do. Believe me, I so wanted to leave at that moment, I felt so offended and treated like a piece of garbage. I didn't do it because everything was already paid for. I will never come back here again, and if all of are smart and want people to respect you, go to one of the other locations. This one at Leevista is not good at all. I've had Perros Colombianos in Colombia and this place does a good job at providing authentic Colombian flavors. Their Dog is served as a typical Colombian dog but with a few twists to enhance the flavor, the salchicha is making love to a piece of mozzarella and they add their luscious garlic sauce to take it to the next level. Crispy potato chips are broken and added as a bed for the pink sauce, garlic sauce and pineapple sauce. Taking a bite of this thing is a challenge but don't be afraid to get sauce on your nose or chin, this is what makes it fun. The Burger Dog can be explained as a Colombian Dog served in a bun with good quality Angus beef and a slice of ham, don't believe the Serrano Ham claim as the thickness of it would put this burger in way higher price bracket, it is still delicious and adds to flavor to the party. The fries are nothing to write home about as you can clearly see they are frozen precut in a bag but the saving grace for the fries is the selection of sauces available for you, I went with the chipotle sauce to add a little hint of spice for my meal.

Came here as I wanted to see if this restaurant was as good I can remember when I used to attend UCF many years ago. This is a new location but I felt that the recipe and service should still be the same.

The staff was super chill and the restaurant was not too busy but I note that there was a cashier and a cook working today. Don’t know if there were more working in the back but I did notice that the food did take a while to come to me.

The burger itself was delicious and I think it was cooked well done. I don’t recall being asked what temperature I wanted my burger but it came out flavorful. The fries were seasoned perfectly and my only complaint was that the salchipapas could have been presented better. The sausage was not cut like I remember and I thought it was going to be served fries instead of creole potatoes.

The restaurant was clean and the noise was not too loud. I was able to talk to my party at a normal level.

For the price you are paying is not bad but I must say I have had better Colombian style...
