I simply ordered the delivery to be delivered to my home. When I receive the orders, the photos above is what I received when I called the phone to the Domino’s in College Park to address the issues they placed me on hold for 19 minutes and then hung up on my face. upon calling back for a third time when they finally did pick up, I was greeted by woman. I still do not know her name when I explain to her that they have served me the food they did and that I expected it to be replaced she basically replied as if it didn’t happen and hung up in my face. when I then drove to the store and was great at by the only woman at the register that I knew hung up on me due to the fact she was the only female employee there. I asked her if that is how she treated all for customers. I explained to her that was very poor customer service as I was talking to her, another gentleman to the left basically told me to be quiet because he was on the phone very nasty when I explain to the gentleman, whose name was Brandon that I have the right to speak. My opinion. There was no need for him to come off that way when I asked him his name he refused to give it to me when I then said I would take a photo and come back and find out from the a higher up manager who he was, he took his phone out and took a photo of me due to wearing one of my own work shirts. He stated he’s gonna call my employer i am not really sure why I have never been anywhere so unprofessional very poor customer service not the first time as for the other gentleman that were there, I believe about three of them. They seem to just want us to stay out of it and clearly keep their jobs. I’m very curious as to what corporate will do about the situation seeing as it led to the cops being called. Meet Brandon also apparently believed it was professional to start arguing with my 14-year-old son. As for the manager on shift, the one who started the problem she had at no point in time did anything to de-escalate any of the issues going on better yet she is the one who caused it the moment she hung...
Read moreThis Domino's Pizza location is unreliable and unconcerned about leaving customers without orders. Poor and absentee management and no remorse for failing to do their job. The full review text is below.
I called the Domino's Pizza on Edgewater Drive in College Park on Friday to inquire about pricing and ordering availability. After speaking with several other pizza shops in the area, I decided to place my order with Domino's as they were the cheapest option and could accommodate a large order (better than $80) for my son's third birthday party. My order specifically required that I could pick up the pizzas the next day, Saturday, at 11 AM. The store was to open at 10 AM and I was told the order and pick up time would not be a problem.
The next day my family members arrived to pick up the pizzas at 11 AM, consistent with the order. The building was closed. No one was present. After several minutes, an employee approached my family and informed them that there was no way into the store because the manager had not arrived to open. Further, my family was told that the before the store would start cooking our pizza, there was an entire opening routine that was required to be completed.
We ended up canceling the order on the spot. The cost of finding replacement food for the party on such short notice cost an additional $45 on top of what we were going to pay for the pizzas.
The store clearly had our contact information from placing the order. No one has called to explain or apologize.
I would recommend avoiding doing business with the Domino's Pizza on Edgewater in College Park, if at all possible. There are several other options for pizza in the College Park area that provide better service...
Read moreEither the app needs to be fixed or this location need better employees. Last night I ordered on the app at 9:30 for carryout, where the closing time is listed as 12am. I arrived at around 9:50 and the doors were locked which is understandable, but there were two employees inside who proceeded to ignore us for probably over 10 minutes. My friend and I watched them finish our order, box it up, and leave it there and then the two employees proceeded to do pre-closing tasks and leave us out there in the cold until 10pm, which was ONLY listed on the door as there carry out closing time. Several times, both employees made eye contact with us and then looked away. With the way in which your windows and doors are set up, it's impossible they didn't see us out there. After vanishing in the back for a few minutes, they finally opened the door with a snarky remark about how "they closed at 10". It would be a different story if it hadn't been about 40 degrees outside and my friend and I are both young girls. I don't want an apology or anything else. I've worked in food for a very long time, at my last job the general manager got fired for doing things like this, and I'm pretty sure a manager was one of the workers...
