Wow! I’m a regular here, never complain but this has to be noted. I pulled to the drive through, orders my usual. When I ordered, I order loud ABs clear so there aren’t any miscommunication, the person repeated my order and I confirmed my order. I pulled to the window ands noticed she’s giving me a HOT coffee, I told her I ordered ICED coffee, her reply was short of professional. She said well that’s why I heard. She went to fix my correct drink then my bagel came out, another lady asked me, did you order an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese with cream cheese. I said yes and was given my bagel. The lady with my drink and a STANK look on her face as she gave me my drink. I aplogized for the miscommunication to her and I got ignored, I told her to have a great day as I was pulling away and again got ignored. Driving away I started to get my food out of the bag and noticed was missing items to my bagel. I know that this was a real long read and would appreciate if managers take proper measures to this and retrain their employees on customer service. Read moreThe young chick "Gerdie," was the rudest Dunkin employee that I have ever encountered. We were practically asked to leave the facility after we had just purchased an order of doughnuts and coffee. Gerdie got all of the customers attention and warned us all that they would be closing in five minutes. I have never heard of a place that does that. Another customer walked in after her announcement, and she was actually slamming things behind the counter out of anger. I casually went and asked her why as a customer did I have to feel like I was being kicked out after I just purchased a large order. She replied that it is the way they run that store. I am positive that its just the way that she runs that store, and its not policy to kick customers out. By far the worst customer service at any Dunkin that I have been to. If i wanted my family to eat on the road in our vehicle, and place my kids in a hazardous situation, I would of went through drive through. I plan on calling corporate. I will not be going to that location again and I do not recommend this location to anyone. If i could of given them no stars...
Read moreI am a frequent Dunkin Donuts customer. Unfortunately the past three times I have visited this particular store I had bad experiences. This recent experience drove me to leave this comment. The staff was unengaged with me as a customer and more engaged with having conversations. I ordered an iced coffee with a shot of espresso and iced coffee tasted like it had soap. Not sure if the coffee was old or if the coffee dispenser wasn't clean but it did not taste good at all more like a dishrag. Gross me out I asked for a new one I tasted the same so I just threw it away. I do not like leaving these kind of comments but I truly feel if the workers were more interested in customer service and less interested in talking about the previous evenings Affairs they probably could have helped me but I felt they were to engage with each other so I just left. I will not be returning to this particular Dunkin Donuts I'm afraid of getting sick.
