Absolute worst IHOP. Party of 5, plus an infant who didnt eat. From the beginning the woman forgot my drink, forgot my order specifications, brought half plates out (missing toast, missing eggs, missing an entire plate for one guest at our table)and after waiting 20min for our food, tells us the avocado they have is rotted and ask if she wants to change the food. Mind you, from the point of entry to this time we have been waiting 35min to eat. Didnt have any green colored stuff for my nieces Grinch Mint Hot chocolate that they advertise on each and every table. She comes with our coffees and points with her lips for my grandmother to pass me my coffee for her OMG. I then returned the raw eggs I never ordered for the scrambled I did order...I get raw scrambled eggs. I didnt even know that was possible until today. We still ordered one to go plate and as we are exiting, our server is talking badly about our 81 yr old grandmother and my family just bc my mother took her tip money and put it back in my grandmothers purse. We always over tip, have gone to this location over 8yrs and everyone throws in at least $3. She stood to make the largest tip of the day had she been remotely helpful or polite. My grandmother actually wanted to tip her anyway...but thank goodness that disgusting human being didnt get a cent. Read moreMold infested and dirty! On 6/30 I Ordered online and my food got sent to this location while I was in the city to catch a flight. Never got my order so the GM agreed to have my order remade for another date. When I got back to town on 7/7 I headed over to this location to have my food remade with the email from the GM (Thaddeus). I politely asked to speak with him and they told me he was not there but the other manager was. The employees started chit chatting making up their own stories as to why we needed the manager. 1 girl started saying she was the manager. Finally the manager (Tony) comes up to us and sees the email and says "no worries I will handle it get whatever you want". Us being nice we just re ordered the same thing. The waiters were deciding who wanted to take our orders assuming we were going to be difficult. When we placed our order the food took a long time to come out and we were the second family in this establishment. The food came out Luke warm and we received no utensils or drinks. When we asked Cameron he gave us to go utensils. Then the water came but we got no straws. We had to ask again for items that we did not receive. It was like he was spaced out. Today I decided to make the order by phone I was on hold for 18 minutes I am 55 and I don’t want to use the online service. I guess I am not goin to be able to eat at that location any more and is so close to the house. Casselberry, Lee Rd, or airport location is a totally different environment. I have an extensive experience on the restaurant industry I will retrain the manager and will eliminate almost all the employees. Is a good idea for the district manage to reviews the video cameras for the last 4 weekends to view the croup in action when is visit. There is one particular lady she is the pit bull that leads the others. My husband just arrived with 3 different orders two of the orders did not have the salsa for the southwest dishes.
