I normally do not post a review however I feel it necessary in this case. Me, my wife, and my granddaughter stop to get a quick breakfast this morning after entering we stood in front of the Oder counter along with another elderly gentleman after waiting for over 10 minutes I finally asked one of employees behind the counter if this register was open, he informed me that someone would be with us when they had a minute as he said they were understaffed and very busy, and that the drive up window takes priority over inside customers. When I said that was a really bad policy he told me I could go and get in the drive through lane if I wanted to. At this point i told him I was not going to do that and he said that it would be a few minutes before he would help us and that I would have to wait until he finished with the drive through people. At this point a young Hispanic lady came in and said she heard me talking to one of her employees and that at the time they were understaffed and that there were people in the drive through that were there before us and that way no one helped us. I informed her that no there were only two cars in the line when we walked in as I looked before entering, she began to display an very arrogant demeanor with me and was extremely rude. Also at this time some of the employees started making comments that were both rude and disrespectful. I have lived it this area for over 50 years and have been a customer at this store for a long time. That will now come to and end. The only suggestion I have for you is CAN THE ENTIRE STAFF!!! and start over. From my experience with I assume is the manager the whole staff is both untrained and...

Yesterday 8.10.23 I was door dashing; My order was:
2 iced lattes 10 munchkins
I came in and a young man asked what was the name I was picking up and it was Yveline - you can look this up in your dasher account 8.10.23 between 7-9am
He couldnt find it,
another woman (latina?) walked over and found it but told me she didnt have what the guest wanted
I asked what dont you have so I could offer up a substitution for the guest
She tempted to ignore me but I followed her and nicely asked - what dont you have so i can call the guest and substitute it
...as I see the munchkins and the coffee right in front of me
the (latina?) got somewhat aggravated and became quite hostile and told me she didnt have cups - the cups were full and sticking out of the portals - again right in front of me
i said what size dont you have? please
she said LOOK IM NOT FULFILLING THAT ORDER SO CANCEL IT!!!
after this i just called doordash and told them what happened and told them to inform the guest not to order from your store as they were not fulfilling any doordash orders

She had her mask under her chin not covering her mouth or nose, and she told me they no longer were selling the medium winter blend at $2. Not thinking I said okay and just got a regular medium coffee. Then it dawned on me to check my app, and, yep, that promotion was still going on. When I asked her about it, she conferred with a couple of her coworkers, then she said, "It's only with the app," with an attitude like I was the one in the wrong. When I said that's not how the conversation went down. Then it became, "Well, what do you want us to do?" in the sense of "what's done is done." I then told them to just give me my coffee.
