What an amazing experience! The menu offered plenty of tempting options with creative titles. I settled on the "Car Ramrod” which was brioche, white cheddar, pimiento cheese, ribeye, caramelized onions, and bbq sauce. The ribeye was thinly sliced (like cheesesteak) making it easy to eat without pulling any big piece out of the sandwich. The bread was “waffled” to perfection where it was crisp enough to hold together until the last bite yet soft enough to be familiar brioche texture. Additionally, the waffle pattern worked beautifully to better hold onto the tomato bisque when dipped! There was enough bisque to dip every bite and still have a slurp or two left to enjoy at the end. Bottom line: probably the best all-around grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had and I have been to plenty of dedicated grilled cheese restaurants and food trucks.

The service was friendly and the staff was very knowledgeable of their product. The cook time was not quick, but I appreciate that my sandwich was cooked to order and served piping hot.

The whole restaurant is small with very few seats, but they did about as well as could be expected with the limited square footage. It still felt like a nice space while we were eating.

I would have preferred having fountain drinks, but the canned options were fine enough, but wouldn’t keep me from dining there.

If I am ever back in the Mills 50 area, I would most assuredly love to try a different...

So I’ll admit I stumbled upon this place by accident. I was walking around my house saying “wHErE cAn I GEt a GRilLed cHeSe” and Siri advised me to try Grilled cheezus. Let me say NOT disappointed at all! As we walked in JAZZ greeted us and answered my millions of questions with knowledge of every item and a positive attitude through our whole visit. My daughter got the Gimmie s’more, while I spun the wheel because i clearly couldn’t decide and ended up ordering the Yo Adrian, while my friend got the Chuck Norris. All of which were amazing 10/10 !!! The tomato bisque that came with our Sandwich’s was delicious and a perfect amount to compliment the grilled cheese. Let’s not forget the rewards ! I put my phone number in and got $6.50 instantly in rewards after paying our meal which I used to by my daughter 2 snacks after the fact. Over all this was an awesome experience and will definitely be going back to see Jazz and try another flavorful sandwich at Grilled Cheezus ! Thank you for the wonderful experience Jazz 💕 (I should have taken...

First visit to Grilled Cheezus on Thursday for early dinner. This is a small restaurant with just a few tables inside. We ordered The Kraft ($12)- brioche with pimento cheese, white cheddar and candied bacon - with a bowl of Tomato Soup ($5.50) and The Papa Jonathan ($12)- Ciabatta, mozzarella, provolone, pepperoni and marinara sauce. These awesome grilled cheese sandwiches appeared to be toasted in a Belgian waffle maker as they had the imprint of a waffle and they were nicely toasted all around. The Kraft was super flavorful and incredibly tasty. Even though I’d like to try something else next time, I will likely get this one again. The Papa Jonathan was really like pepperoni pizza in sandwich form. Very tasty also. The tomato soup was perfect, not too acidic and of course paired well with both sandwiches. The Sandwiched come with a dipper portion of soup. We recommend a visit, we think you will be as...
