$15 for a small single burger with a side of fries so small that you HAVE to order $5 side of fries and hope it’s not burned or over salted. $1 small sauce on the side. We ate here at different times of the day, evening shift’s customer service skills are absolutely absent. Listening to some inappropriate rap music inside the restaurant, dancing to it and singing while suppose to take care of the customers. What did I just walk into? Some hood party? What is this? On my final and last visit I walked in, there were no other customers inside the restaurant and outside either. No customers AT ALL. It was around 10-11 pm. The cook saw me, no acknowledgement. The person who is suppose to greet you and take orders was not there. I waited and waited and waited. No greeting, no welcoming atmosphere, no engagement whatsoever, customer experience was ruined at that point after 40 minutes drive to eat specifically at this place. Only after another customer walked in and stood in front of the door, the VOICE from the back asked them if they order to dine in or picking up. I was just invisible I guess. So the other customer who walked in after me standing there and being absolutely ignored for like 10-15 minutes is being taken care of in front of me. And then the person who takes order decides to come out from somewhere in the back of the kitchen and pretends to care about me. No hello, how are you tonight, absolutely lacking personal people skills. Just asked me while looking at the order screen what am I getting. Short, unpleasant interaction just to hurry me up and let me know my total for the order. No thank you either. At that point I wanted to get out of there. It felt like very low “quality” customer treatment, not even a service. So the person who takes orders and the cook made this experience my last visit to this place. No care in the world who walked in there and what the customer wants. It’s not even rude, it’s just hood, that’s the atmosphere they are creating for themselves for the night to go by faster apparently. That night shift team did not care about anything in the world and just wanted to go home I guess. So careless. Please, leave this review with no response, business owners! I don’t want to read that you are sorry that I had unpleasant experience and things of that nature. Instead, take the time of your day to facilitate more thorough hiring process. Maybe some price reviewing/adjustment would do good as well. Portion size correlation and value of the meal evaluation. I mean, just do some business owner’s...
Read moreThis is a 100% plant-based and vegan fast food style restaurant that I couldn't wait to try, but overall, I was disappointed.
There is no dine in. Everything is to go. There are benches outside you can eat at, but extremely limited seating. Parking wasn't easy when I first got there. Handicap parking available. Benches and front doors are not set up for easy wheelchair accessibility. Bathrooms available.
Accomadating to allergies and there is an entire menu easily labeling what is and isn't safe for the main allergens. including gluten. I was impressed by this!
I ordered: Cookies and Creams shake, Plantees original single burger, Arnold Palmer, and fries. The shake and the Arnold Palmer get five stars, so good! The fries were not good. The burger was good, but not great, and for the price you pay for the burger, fries should be included.
What really hindered my experience, though, was witnessing a customer interaction that an employee handled extremely poorly.
Let me start by saying this, the young woman at the register was knowledgeable in the menu and super friendly. She is what customer service there should be. Kudos to her!
When I was ordering, there was a male customer with a baby in a stroller who was talking on his phone and waiting for his order. I then headed outside to wait for my order. As I was waiting, the gentleman with the stroller came out with his order and was already walking down the sidewalk when a male employee from inside came running out after the guy screaming at him and asking "What is your name?" The customer was still on the phone and quite confused as the employee continued to yell at the guy that he took someone else's order ahead of his. The employee also jerked the bag out of the customer's hands. The employee acted like he was going to take the order back inside, but the customer said something I didn't hear, and the employee shoved the bag back at the customer. The employee then stomped by me complaining the whole time and slammed open the front door to go back inside. Now, I wasn't inside to speak for the situation that occurred prior, but it seemed to me that the guy on the phone just wasn't paying attention and made a mistake. Whether it was a mistake or not, the aggressive behavior of the employee for something so small as a burger and to do that in front of other customers was completely uncalled for. This left a bad taste in my mouth for this place, especially as a first impression.
Honestly, I...
Read moreMe and my mom walked in and the place was very nice it wasn’t booming guess we came in at their slow peck at 5 o’clock in the afternoon. When you come in they have electric pads where you place your order and pay electronically. I ordered the barbecue bacon cheeseburger with a Oreo milkshake with fresh strawberries. My mom ordered the signature burger and a chocolate milkshake and shared a side of plant style fries. The burgers were 10/10 🏆the milkshake was 8.5/10 they are really good but super thick you’ll mess around and get swollen cheeks trying to suck the shake through the straw. Even though my milkshake was perfect 10/10 I tasted everything the vanilla ice cream the Oreo and strawberry nicely balanced, but my mom’s milkshake can’t say the same on the consistency. Now the Plant Style Fries were very delicious but I realized that when I got the bottom of the box the fries that didn’t have any more cheese sauce and they other sauce on top were very salty my honest opinion if you going to have all that sauce on top of the fries don’t salt the fries because the sauce already got salt in it including other powerful flavors. Adding salt to the fries made it a little bit salty. Now if the fries had some seasoning on it without salt that complemented the toppings it would have been a (A+) but I give it a 8.5/10. I highly recommend this restaurant, this me and my mom favorite spot now. 100% Vegan/ Plant Based I Loved it. Also you got to try the BBQ Ranch sauce🤤😍🏆🔥 The Employees were very sweet and nice, the lady messed up my milkshake she forgot the strawberry but insisted on remaking it to be honest the shake was so good I didn’t care the strawberries weren’t there but because it was my favorite experience at this restaurant I allowed her to remake it and I’m so happy that I did because it just made...
