OMG! What should I say about this team? First of all, if you are researching somebody to make your hair and makeup for your special occasion take a minute and read this! I got married 2 days ago and before I went with About Faces, I had a terrible experience with another vendor. I did a trial with this other vendor a couple of weeks before my wedding but the week of the wedding the person that did my trial told me she won't be the one taking care of me and they will send somebody else! I didn't accept that so they decided to schedule another trial 2 days before the wedding at 7:30 am! Nobody showed up for this trial and I freaked out with the possibility of nobody showing up on my wedding day. In the end, 2 days before my wedding I ended up having nobody to take care of me and my bridal party! So, I contacted About Faces Design Team. I had contacted them before and was really impressed with the pictures I saw and the reviews I read but ended up going with this other vendor that was a little bit cheaper! What a mistake! LUCKILY (because they are super busy) they still had my date available and I could have this AMAZING team taking care of us! Words can't describe how grateful I am for having them on my wedding day! First, they did EVERYTHING to make me feel comfortable, explaining all the details about their job and agreement to me! I went to their location, which is beautiful, and Gina (one of the owners) and Nina took their time talking to me and my family about all the details for my wedding day. The day of the wedding they were there on time, they had an awesome structure, high quality products and the professionals were just over the top! They are very experienced, very professional plus they are also incredible people! So sweet and kind.. they made our morning smooth and fun! And they DO really care about their clients! They care about your feelings and preferences and they do everything to make you happy! It's clear they really love what they do and probably that's why they are just the best vendor! Top rated! Top quality, top professionals, top costumer service.. If you are not sure about going with the About Faces team, you can just close your eyes and go with them! They will take great care of you!! In the process of wedding planning I did my due diligence and vetted a few different hair/make-up teams before making my final decision. While the cost varied some (mostly within $200 of each other) the responsiveness was different. From my first email interaction with Nina with All About Face Designs I had a feeling that I would get excellent service. Nina provided me with options, quotes and answered all my questions. She was extremely responsive with emails and reached out at what I felt were great intervals leading up to the big day. I could have chosen a company that maybe was a bit less expensive but I don’t doubt my decision at all. Nina’s professionalism, kindness and excitement for the wedding was my deciding factor.

The About Face Design team was the perfect match for me and my now husband on our wedding day. The day prior Nina reached out to me for final details on where her team member would meet me. Gina was my design artist for the big day. She reviewed my pinterest board to see what my inspiration look was the night prior to meeting and she came quite prepared for the day. While doing my hair she gave a few options to tweak the look and gave, what I felt was, her experienced and kind opinion of what would look best for the wedding day. Her conversation during the couple hours we spent together was great and unpressured. Gina was fantastic. She has, in my opinion, an extensive and impressive experience in her field of work. The best getting ready team ever! I will start with Nina who made the entire planning process easy. Nina is so responsive to email and does not hesitate to pick up the phone to answer all those unforeseen questions that us brides have. Nina takes care of helping you through the logistics, scheduling, and gives you upfront rates. Nina will even help with transparency and gives you a day of schedule timeline for the entire bridal party per make up person, making things crystal clear for everyone. Next, the ABDT artist are not only skilled in their trade but are legit therapist, I was so nervous on how things would go specially with so much female energy on the day of. Going into the make-up trial I was treated like royalty, Rachel and Brittney assessed my needs, looked at my picture inspo, gave me recommendations for my hair and the hair style I was going for and tested a few lip colors until we came up with the final look. I think their talent is evident in all their pictures, what stood out to me is how the ABDT team made me feel. The artists gave me this warm feeling of comfort, they have a way of easing out nerves, anxiety and worries of wedding planning. I knew after the trial that the team was going to be perfect for my bridal party and my mom and MIL. On the day of, everyone felt pampered and taken care of and all my ladies looked flawless.
