LaChina — Restaurant in Orlando

The food is good, but it is overpriced and the service is terrible. Last night, I placed an order for carry-out over the phone. I waited a bit and then drove up to get my order. When I got there, I paid for my food and they said it should be ready shortly. Immediately after I paid, my girlfriend decided she wanted a soda. The cashier rudely told me that they would not do a charge on a card if the sale was less than $5, even though I just spent $30 on my food less than a minute ago. Then I set down and waited for my food to be ready. Other customers came in, placed their order, and received their food before me even though I had placed my order on the phone before I even drove up there. After waiting for a long while, the cashier asks me what I am waiting for. I tell her my order, and then she retrieves it like she thought it was funny because the order had just been sitting on the counter and I had been waiting for so long. I placed my order at 7:15 and finally received it at 7:50! When I got home my food was lukewarm and the chicken was soggy. Absolutely terrible service. If you have any other options, go there instead...

Today I wanted to eat something completely different from what I usually have, I wanted good ol' chinese food. I found LaChina close to my job and decided to give it a shot. OMG, it was incredibly delicious and very "puertorican" style if you know what I mean. I ordered the House Special Fried Rice and it was great.

I ordered a large one because, well, I eat a lot and when I served it on the plate it was literally overflowing! I paid 13 dollars for this truckload of food and was very well worth it.

I found the place very clean, no bugs or worms or anything the other people wrote. The place has a nice traditional chinese decor and and a quite place overall. Will definitely come back and maybe order the small one next time as I was huffing and puffing to...

First time ordering from this place. As soon as the cashier answer the phone she was really loud yelling not listening to the order stating she is really busy and didn't want to answer any menu item questions. She placed me on own to take someone else's order than soon after she hung up on me. Mind you, I only ask one question, she couldn't even respond. Stating I couldn't add egg or bean sprout to my rice. Which I'm a little confused when I don't my paying for the up charge. This place really lacks customer service add needs to be retrained and learn how to conduct business in America. This place deserve to...
