DON’T VALUE LOCAL CUSTOMERS
My wife ordered a pizza for our daughter and friend and was told 15-20 min. We live about 1.5 miles away. 45 minutes goes by she calls to find out what is going on and here is the conversation
MARCOS: Oh yeh we make a mistake we put the order in for pick up, do you want to pick it up now or we have a driver that can come out now
WIFE: What? It’s old and cold now no thank you can I speak to a manger.
MARCOS: Sorry for the mistake, we are going to send you out a fresh one ASAP and cancel your order.
WIFE: Thank you
MARCOS: (Called back 10 min) We are going to need a credit card for your pizza .
WIFE: what? It’s now been 90 min since I called and you just said you were sending out a fresh one and you want me to actually pay for the pizza given this terrible service, and the mess up you created and admitted to? Can I speak to a manager again.
MARCOS: Lady, nobody said you were getting a free pizza sorry can’t do anything for you, but my manager approved a free cheese bread.
WIFE: no thanks keep the pizza, we will never order from Marcos again.
MARCOS: no worries have a great day.

ADVICE:
This franchise location needs either new policy when an order is messed up, or find some new respectful employees especially with all the options when ordering pizza.

Read moreI had a horrible experience with you guys! I received a promotion on my mailbox offering me a XL Big Chesse pizza for $10.99, plus a note saying that I had 50% discount at any purchase. I called them and asked to the guy that answered the phone about the promotion and I asked a simple question, if the 50% off was just for one pizza or my entire order. However, the guy couldn’t give me an answer immediately so he asked someone else that confirmed to me that I had 50% off on my entire order. Therefore, I ordered another pizza as well so I could take advantage of the discount that I had. My total should be $10.99 + $12.49 (for the second pizza) = $23.48 - 50% = $11.74 without counting the taxes and delivery of course! However, the pizza that supposed to be $10.99 was charged $18.99 and the 50% off was applied on that price ($18.99) so they gave me only -$9.49 discount. Anyway, I had to pay $26.35 and the worst part was that the driver was impatient and didn’t want to listen to me and called someone instead of trying to understand the situation. You customer service is really horrible, the owner should really hire PROFESSIONALS workers. I am definitely not calling you...
Read moreWe have been wanting to try Marco's for a while now, we have one near our house back home, we came for vacation and decided to try it bc it was an eat in. They have 2 small tables but most people ordered to go so it was fine for us to eat there. We ordered a small cheese pizza for our kids and a large deluxe and family size Italian salad for the adults, my 2 kids ate there whole pizza, they said it was so good they wanted to come back tomorrow lol. The pizza we had was very good as well, we loved that salad too. We have been here for 2 weeks and it was one of the best meals we had and we have spent almost double than what we spent tonight. They staff was friendly and went out of there way to bring everything to the table and asked if we needed anything. If we lived here we would definitely go often.
