This morning for breakfast I was treated with disrespect as a consumer of your food. this morning I took my mother-in-law, my wife and my son in for breakfast on our way to the beach and had my order taken by Carol. She's a sweet cashier. After going back and forth a couple of times for clarification on her end as to get her order proper, we pulled up to the window paid for our food and proceeded to pick it up. We were asked to pull up to the first window after we paid and waited there for a time. After what seemed like an extended period of time, a woman came to the window and offered us three green icy cold beverages. We told her that was not our order. We were handed our incomplete order by a female in a white t-shirt eventually. Assuming it was a leader there, she needs training on customer service, instead of serving herself. She clearly made a lot of organizational issues this morning for order #1313 on Saturday 9-12-20 as was not about to admit it, nor offer any type of gesture for the mix ups. After being offered the green drinks and receiving a bag of food, we pulled up as requested to the curb. My wife discovered not all the food was in the bag. We let the white shirt female know what was missing. We did not receive it after being given even a second bag of food. Mind you, we were told to pull up here to wait for our coffees. It's early day shift, coffee should be readily available. That's a basic. My wife unfortunately lost it after not being given the food correctly the third time. Prior to this, I suggested to the associate that I receive a few sweet treats for all the issues I had experienced this morning. She was not happy to comply, and ultimately did not give any customer service. I received a non sympathetic apology at some point but after I received the final bag there was complete silence after the handing off of the final bag to me with the fourth missing hash brown. That's what was missing to begin with, along with a burrito. And the wait for the coffees. But we received no extra care this morning. That is customer service. Going above and beyond. But wait. What got it for me was the fact that I was the one who suggested it to her as stated above. Why would she deny offering anything extra? Because she was not willing to admit her failure as a leader. Understanding, I'm not owed anything extra, this is customer service. Literally. And she completely missed it right in front of her face. White shirt lady, I hope you have a better day tomorrow waking up going on inside yourself than you did today. Life's rough sometimes, but it's totally worth it. Okay. Read moreI wanted to explain a very unethical experience that I had with an employee of yours in this location at 4/7 1:30 am. I and my family was grabbing something to eat after an amazing night with our family. We go to the ordering screen and basically was talking with each other for approximately 5 min. Then we said "hello" no one answered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt cause its late night and usually, there's not that many people and waited again. But no one ever greeted us at the ordering screen or anything. We then proceeded to get to the first window. Nobody was at the first window we waited again for a whole 3 min nobody ever came to the first window. Until then a young gentleman came to the first window DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE US AT ALL!!! Actually gave us his back put something in his computer and left. We then went to the next window. Explained we have been trying to order if they can take our our and spoke to a young lady by the name or either Samantha or Maria. She started taking our order half way thru comes back to the window and says well i cant take your order here. You will need to go back to the ordering screen. She was arguing with us back and forth that we were not patient with them. they only had 3 people kept interrupting me every time I spoke. Said if hes taking someone order you need to wait and then said " You know what ya can leave" and slammed the window. I then spoke to the manager which was very nice and let me explain that we were the only car at that time at the ordering screen and she understood. I asked the unprofessional individual what her name was and she said Maria then when i got her manager she gave me her name as Samantha. Read moreManager Kelly is the worst manager I've ever met. I've complained about getting half boxes of fries, suppose to be medium but get equivalent to small size. She tells me that's how they come. Kelly wants to argue and debate rather than just remaking the food. She and other employees put the fries on a scale trying to be funny. They don't open the box completely when filling, so when you pick box up they fall in and it's half full. I pay for medium meal and get small size. The burgers were overly cooked and cheese nasty from sitting in warmer too long. And this is the response you get from a manager, "That's how they come"? 90% of employees are Puerto Rican and obviously good customer service is not important to them if you're not PR. Kelly has no customer service etiquette and her demeanor is very unpleasant. In my opinion, all the managers at this location have poor work ethic except for Kaitlin whom is very customer friendly. KELLY is by far the worst (nasty person). The other older red haired manager and Kelly just laugh, clearly making comments to one another (while looking at me) because I tell them straight, you need to give me what I pay for! Keep the gross mess for yourself not paying customers! Kelly should be demoted due to her attitude and it's disappointing overall on how she handles complaints. I will never go back to this scummy place. Kelly, the main reason and dealing with lazy and unfriendly people. I see other poor reviews from other customers. Believe it's all true. Go to the Fredrica store at Walmart plaza a few miles down the road for better service, higher standard work ethic, faster service as well as higher standard class of people.
