NY Chinese — Restaurant in Orlando

Im absolutely shocked on how i got treated today.I placed an order for x3 combo specials,each combo comes with an eggroll or soda,i chose 3, i picked up my food went home,when i finally went to eat i noticed no combos had an eggroll.So i called and told them about it and they said (its inside each combo plate), so i drove all the way back to tell them about it,and they had really nasty face of disbelief, they told us its inside again and we kept reassuring there wasnt.finally they said (give us a few minutes). We sat down and throughout the whole time they got loud like never before and when the lady came with the eggrolls she had such a mean tone in her voice that ive never heard mind you ive came to this restaurant for years,before the current employees worked there.i have no reason to waste gas nor lie saying (HERES YOUR EGGROLLS) slapped that bag on the table and walked away,i literally felt intimidated and nervous to walk up to grab the bag...is this what societys come to? Im ashamed and so mad on how i was treated today. Maybe i think ima change restaurants as much as...

While at big lots i saw a big sign that said ny Chinese and decided to try this place out. Im big on the NY style Chinese food. Place was next a mexican spot. The place is small. Couple of tables. Clientele is mostly take out. I ordered the house fried rice and shrimp in lobster sauce. I was attended by a child looked around 12 years old. This place seems like a family owned restaurant and the kids assist the family. Many asian places i go to they kinda lack in customer service and sometimes i cant understand them. The kid had excellent customer service skills and assisted me very professional and was very accurate with my order. The food was great. Some places get stingy with the shrimp and other meats, my rice had much of everything. The shrimp in the shrimp and lobster were big. Me and my 2 kids ate from it and were full. Prices are reasonable , less than many in the this area. They even honor their specials on weekends before 3pm. Def recommend and will return.

I stumbled across these guys finding a place. They reminded me of Home. I’ve lived in Orlando for seven years going on eight this October and I absolutely love their food! I gave him a shot tried the beef with mixed vegetables and vegetable lo mein as well as the egg drop soup both are my absolute hands-down favorite! Every time I order from them, they always give me my food hot and delicious. I am impressed for how well they cook our food and keep it fresh. there’s a young kid that’s been there cooking my soup most of the times I’ve ordered it and his skills are impeccable!!! Beyond impressed!! At the front desk when you order in and take out , is the Just as sweet and talented. I absolutely love this place!!. I will not go to another restaurant.!!!
