The first time we ordered online it was SO DELCIOUS. It was hot and made correctly. Our family gets the same thing, always a bunch of upgrades/ add ons. Crunchwrap combo, extra chicken, add onions, add purple cabbage to keep the cruchwrap crunchy because I eat it later, NO sour cream and NO nacho cheese ( we dont like dairy on my tex mex ). Sometimes i order extra lettuce if i dont get the cabbage. It comes with a regular beef taco, which I always upgrade to double meat and extra lettuce, add tomato and onion. NO cheese. The quesadilla meal with tomato, onions, and jalapeños. The beef taco same way. Extra beef, lettuce add tomato and onions...NO cheese. NO sour cream. Doesn't go on tacos friends. Not for this family ever. Now I set the story up. Second online order. All messed up. My extra topping for the crunch wrap went on the quesadilla and my wrap didn't have any of the extras, just chicken and hardly any when I always get double meat, extra lettuce and veggies. Its usually a fat crunchwrap. BIG. The taco shell was chewy and soggy. I just threw it away. It was so bad. I really didn't eat much except a very lacking crunch wrap with hardly toppings, as it was inside the quesadilla, sent the wrong drink. The 3rd time we went....we drove to location, so we knew it would be hot and fresh. Ordered at the kiosk. We both spent the extra 2/3$ each with our upgrades like normal. Well....we counted our items. The quantity was correct. When we got home. The order was not. Cheese all over the tacos. ( not ok ) had to pick through it. The tacos were not too soggy, not sure if they were double meat. Not a big deal. The cheese was. (Remeber no dairy). The crunchwrap AGAIN was not made as ordered. No double meat. No purple cabbage no extra veggie. It didn't even fill the wrap. It was like a bag of chips. When opened, half was missing. So I had to cut in half and put the few topping from the empty half , into my other half to make up for the lack of product available on the inside. What a joke. If i did not have to get ready to go to work, i would had time to drive back to have it fixed, and maybe a trainging lesson in real time for the staff. That at least would've been more beneficial as a teaching moment. Id rather let the house know instead of posting online. I've given this location many tries (5) ..and 1st time they came through so AWESOME. And every single time since then.....they have failed pretty bad. At least I was able to pour my own drink and that came out just fine. Lack of training and oversight. It can't be the workers every time. It starts at the top. They need leadership. A manager needs to start paying attention in the kitchen. Unfortunately I don't think I should have to open a crunch wrap before I leave a store ( disassembling will destroy the integrity of the whole concept and will become flimsy ) . I really hope someone who knows how to lead a team can fix this up. The taco bell off of goldenrod and Hoffner can help it seems. When we are in that area. We get the taco bell everytime and they NAIL IT. This location is a NO GO ever again. Consistency is everything in the restaurant business. And this one falls short 80% of the time for...
Read moreJust went through the drive thru and ordered my usual. I visit this location at least once a week. When i get home and hand out the food I realize nothing is right. My steak soft tacos were supposed to be no lettuce no tomato. They were hard with lettuce. My cheesy gordita crunch was supposed to be no lettuce, it had lettuce. They actually have me 2 that way. I ordered 1. My cheese rollups were missing. Might have been with my steak quesarito because that wasn't in the bag either. So I go back to the drive thru, tell them they didn't get 1 thing right, and hand the bag of food with the receipt in it to them. Took forever for them to make my food again. When I finally got my food the lady at the window handed it to me and apologized for the mistake. I look through and see they didn't put my cheese rollups in the bag AGAIN. I ask to speak to the manager. He comes to the window and I explain the situation. He apologized for the mistake and said "it happens". I tell him I want my money back because of all the time I wasted and having to do their job to make sure I received everything I paid for. He tells me he needs the food back if I want a refund. I hand it to him and he told me to "lose your attitude" then shuts the window. 6 minutes later he is finally handing me my money back. I asked him for his name and he told me "don't worry about it bro". I told him he is acting very unprofessional and he shut the window in my face and walked away. I pulled out of the drive thru into a parking space and called the store. They picked up and hung up immediately 5 times. When I finally got them to answer it was the manager on the phone. I asked him for the phone number for either the general manager of this store (2050 s. Semoran Blvd) or the number for the corporate office. He told me "go f##k yourself" and hung up the phone.
I'm not the one that normally posts reviews but after dealing with this guy something needs to happen before he runs of people with his attitude towards customers. I'm not looking for a gift card or anything like that. This manager needs to be demoted at minimum if not fired. I understand people have bad days but that is no excuse to tell a passing customer to "go f##k yourself". If needed I am willing to meet at the store with the regional manager to make sure we are dealing with the...
Read moreI like Taco Bell. The only issue I have is that if you want to add anything extra on something, they charge a ridiculous amount more to add it. For example, if you want to add jalapeños to your soft tacos, they will only put two... maybe three jalapeños on each taco, but they will charge you $0.50 to add the jalapeños. That's fifty cents for each taco, which means I paid $1.50 for them to add jalapenos on 3 of my soft tacos.
The thing that bothers me is when I paid the $1.50 extra, and then they actually never added the jalapeños on them at all. The same goes with chicken. When I asked for 3 soft tracks to be chicken instead, they charged me $1.50 for each chicken taco. So, I paid $4.50 EXTRA, yet they only added chicken to ONE of the soft tacos. So they stole $3 from me.
I realize $3 isn't anything to get all upset about, but if they do that to 50 customers a day, that's $150 they are charging customers for something they aren't actually getting.
So a word of advice. If you are adding jalapeños or making a soft taco a chicken taco, before you leave, check to see that they actually added jalapeños or made your tacos chicken tacos, otherwise you just gave them extra money...
