I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Waffle House location. The purpose of my contact is to share some concerns about the service received and offer suggestions for improving the quality in the future.
On [05/12/2024], I visited your establishment and unfortunately encountered several issues during my visit. Firstly, I noticed that many tables were left unclean, which significantly detracted from the dining atmosphere. Additionally, there were notable service delays, and the quality of the products served did not meet expectations.
However, the most concerning aspect of my visit was the extremely poor service provided by one of your employees, Michaelle. She displayed a rude and dismissive attitude towards both myself and other customers. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also repugnant, and it greatly diminished my perception of your establishment.
To enhance the quality of service, I suggest considering the following actions:
Immediate attention to cleanliness standards, particularly regarding table maintenance. Implementation of procedures to minimize service delays and ensure prompt attention to customers. Training and monitoring of staff behavior to promote a respectful and customer-focused attitude. I hope these suggestions are helpful in addressing the issues raised and improving the overall customer experience at your Waffle House location. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing positive improvements in the future.

Read moreThe whole point of this experience is to watch them cook. We were in a booth next to the bathroom all the way in the back. The booth seat had a full wall behind us and a higher side wall next to the kitchen area. The view to the cooking was blocked with shelving and supplies on the shelves. Our son wanted to see them cook and i his mom told him to stand on the booth chair to watch. He stood and was watching them cook. He was loving it until the manager made him sit. He wasn’t jumping around. He wasn’t leaning over the divider between the booth and the kitchen. Just standing still and watching them cook. This made him cry because the whole reason he wanted to go was to watch them cook. My husband asked her what her problem was and her response was only the people at the counter can watch them cook and that if he fell we would sue them. Again he was standing still how could he fall?!? I would have more of a chance of tripping and falling walking through the packed restaurant. They sat five of us in a booth next to the bathroom door with an extra chair for the fifth person, anyone could have tripped entering or leaving the bathroom on this chair. But she was more worried about ruining my sons day. We left and will never go back to that Waffle House. I feel sorry for the staff that has to put up with this lady. We have been here many times and never had an issue with my son watching them cook. This is the first time this lady was there. She needs to get a different job if she isn’t happy there. Read moreTerrible worst waffle house I have ever been to and have given this one multiple chances.. last time I went in to sit down and eat I wasn't greeted for 15 mins I got up and walked out. Today I was coming home from gym decided to do a pick up, took 3 tries for them to pick up the phone aand take my order only to discover when driving up 5 mins later to a COMPLETELY EMPTY waffle house with 3 employees and not one could pick up the phone. As I sat there , I had corrected them a few times on the Allstar from what I could see from my angle . I get home to find the toast soaped in butter (which I had said no butter) and runny egg white to the point it fell apart when I picked it up and the eggs I ordered over med I get home.and they are under cooked barely over easy and the whites are everywhere in the hashbrowns in the toast.. gross the staff is less then friendly seemed irritated they had to work. . When i got home and saw the toast and eggs, i Called to tell.them and requested a refund , as I did not want to drive all the way back up there. They then told me ,no refund unless I came back up with food... so ur telling me not only did u mess up the order but I have to drive back.up there to show u , that u cant take a order or cook right aka do your job ! .
