I would give 0 stars if I could. We went in today with our family to enjoy dinner and after 20 minutes of being ignored by the waitress my husband had to look for her twice to come to our table and take the order. Then after ordering our plates I asked the waitress Alejandra for a grilled chicken breast "pechuga a la plancha" with salsa criolla and she said they only serve it on the side for an extra charge. I asked her if they were other options available like garlic sauce, and she said yes we do so I went ahead and order it with garlic sauce. When my plate came in I received a chicken breast with a red sauce and shrimps. I had no idea the garlic sauce was with shrimps and the waitress didn't mention it as well, plus I wouldn't have ordered that sauce in the first place when I know that I am allergic to shrimps. She then when ahead and asked what would I like to do and I said what other options do I have. She said I'll be right back and came back to our table with the manager (Juan). When we explained the situation to the manager he said he could wash that same chicken breast and bring it back with another sauce (lavar el pollo) because he couldn't lose that money. I explained to him I'm allergic to shrimps and he once again said he could wash it. I told him how would you wash a chicken that already had contact with shrimps and that would also be something disgusting to do. My husband then proceeded to said we were leaving because I was not going to be able to eat after this situation and Juan said he was going to call us the police because we needed to pay for the plates that have just been served, but I was absolutely not going to eat a wash chicken breast and end up in the hospital. This whole situation was very disturbing and disrespectful for my whole family including our little kids. I really hope this manager receives better training in customer service because this is not how you treat...

Oh! Que Bueno Restaurant Grill and Bar is a true gastronomic gem that holds a special place in my heart. Having frequented this establishment during my time in Orlando, I recently revisited with my family, and once again, they exceeded all expectations.

The moment we stepped in, nostalgia embraced us as the vibrant atmosphere transported us back to the heart of Colombia. The warm smiles from the staff made us feel like cherished guests, adding to the welcoming ambiance.

Now, let's talk about the food! From the very first bite to the last, our taste buds embarked on a mouthwatering journey through Colombian culinary wonders. The aroma of freshly grilled meats wafted through the air, and each dish was a symphony of authentic flavors, lovingly crafted to perfection.

Their bandeja paisa was a true work of art, boasting a hearty medley of tender grilled steak, savory chorizo, crispy chicharrón, and creamy avocado, all accompanied by the most delightful beans and rice. It's a dish that sings the soulful melody of Colombia's rich heritage.

And the churrascos? Absolute heaven! Soft and made to perfection.

The service was impeccable, with our server providing thoughtful recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. The genuine warmth and hospitality made our dining experience even more memorable.

Though I've moved to Miami, Oh! Que Bueno remains unparalleled in delivering an authentic taste of Colombia. If I could, I would give them an even higher review. It's clear that their passion for Colombian cuisine shines through in every dish they serve.

Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned regular, I wholeheartedly recommend Oh! Que Bueno Restaurant Grill and Bar. Let their flavors sweep you away to the enchanting world of Colombia—where every bite is a celebration of culinary...

I have been coming to Oh Que Bueno for many years. It is well known that they have horrible customer service. There have been times that my family and I have waited a half an hour just to order drinks and an extra twenty minutes to order food. The food takes forever to come out, meanwhile they pack you in so tightly and you can see the hostesses and waitresses standing around talking, giving each other attitude, and maybe pretending to roll napkins with silverware. The only reason we continue to come back is because they WERE the only known restaurant with a variety of colombian and other Hispanic foods. That, however, has changed big time!! I’m here to tell you to stop giving these people business and start going to PIO PIO which is down the road. Yesterday, we had a large party. We waited an hour and watched them continuously give away table after table, right in front of us! Even after telling us that we would wait 40 minutes for our table. They have no organizational skills to understand that saving 3 tables for a party of 15 renders the same if not more amount of business. When we finally called them out on the fact that they were making us wait for nothing, the hostess with the mostess attitude informed us that that’s business. Ok so we called Pio Pio out of curiousity. They were also busy for a Sunday afternoon, but they gave us a 20 minute time frame and graciously seated us within that time frame. They were amazing. The food was excellent, and the customer service was quick and easy. We only had one waiter and he did an amazing job. DO NOT GIVE OH QUE BUENO YOUR BUSINESS. They need time to humble themselves and realize that they are not the only Colombian...

Oh Que Bueno has become one of my favorite Colombian spots in Orlando. Their empanadas are hands-down the best I’ve had!! crispy, flavorful, and always fresh. I also tried a plate that had three kinds of meat, chicken, steak, and chicharrón…and it was incredible. I can’t remember what it’s called, but the flavors were authentic and perfectly seasoned. The mango juice here deserves its own spotlight. It’s fresh, not overly sweet, and seriously the best in town. Whether I’m dining in or getting takeout, the service is always top-notch. The servers are warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, something that makes every visit feel special. I’ve eaten at the restaurant and also done takeout several times, and the experience has been consistently excellent. It’s clear the team takes pride in both their food and customer care. If you’re looking for delicious Colombian cuisine and outstanding service, Oh Que Bueno is the spot. Highly recommend!

Oh Que Bueno offered a dining experience that left me with mixed feelings. While some aspects certainly impressed, others . The dishes were beautifully presented, showcasing a clear effort in plating and visual appeal. The sauce I had was very rich, adding a luxurious touch to the meal. However, the main courses were a bit of a letdown. My white fish was unfortunately not fresh, which significantly impacted its taste and made it lose its delicious flavor. My friend's beef was also quite salty, making it difficult to fully enjoy. Interestingly, I often find salads to be a highlight, but that wasn't the case here. The tomatoes in the salad were overpoweringly fragrant, leading to an uncomfortable stomachache throughout the evening. In short, Oh Que Bueno is a place I'd recommend trying once, perhaps out of curiosity. Personally, the overall taste profile didn't quite resonate with me, and I don't think I'd be eager for a return visit.
