Step inside Miller's Market food hall for all kinds of goodies.
Saigon Snow offers 4 fun flavors" mango, ube, pandan and strawberry with 2 optional fruits. The serving includes green cake with crumbles, rainbow mochi and topped with whipped cream.
Pandan - 7/10 Sweet and earthy as expected. I prefer less sweet, but it was refreshing in the 100+ temps that day.
Ube - 8/10 The right amount of flavor without the sweetness being too overpowering.
Logon - 9/10 Like a small lychee and delish with the ube
Pink pineapple - 9/10 so so so good. Unique pineapple-ish flavor that was such a fun first experience. Great with the Ube.
Coconut - perfect with both flavors!
Serving Size - large enough for 2, but small enough for a foodie 🙂
Presentation - beautifully embellished with the add-ons in a cute logo cup and umbrella
Market - lots of seating for all the patrons of the other food vendors in there.
Buns ga-lore! Only $5 each. Chocolate is wonderful pop of dark chocolate
Ube is very mild flavor, but typical for this bread
Taro
Strawberry
Mochi
Parking - a bit tight in the adjoining lot, but street parking is plenty inside a 1 block radius.

Read moreThis is a new entry into a genre that is just now finally hitting Orlando in force, Asian snow ice. This joint has opened inside the Asian market at the corner of mills and colonial, which is a food hall that is as popular as ever. They are new, so the staff are pretty slow, so if that’s going to burn your buns, just wait to try them until they’ve been open a while. The parking here sucks as always, as my people drive like crap, park even worse, and there is one small cramped parking lot serving a ton of restaurants all densely packed on top of each other, so keep that in mind because parking around here will likely only get worse as another restaurant is about to open here soon as well.
So you have 3 flavors of ice to choose from, mango, pandan, and ube. For toppings you can chose from mango, pineapple, longan, strawberry, dragonfruit. We did pandan, mango and longan. The shaved ice was excellent, and so was the fruit toppings. We got the small size, which was perfectly appropriate for 2 people. Overall, we will recommend this place for locals who live nearby, it’s not stellar enough to travel across town...
Read moreAtmosphere was great and food was pretty tasty. But the customer service was atrocious almost made our group of people walk away. When customers are coming and wanting to explore flavors and food not common to their culture don’t shame them or make them feel stupid for asking questions or flavors they are not accustomed to. You opened a shop near downtown Orlando where you will have many different walks of life coming in your staff should be more courteous to questions and assisting your clients especially since this type of food and flavors are foreign to a good majority of your clientele. Especially when you are asking clients to wait minimum 30 minutes.
Side note for everyone wondering all their flavors are ice cream, no they don’t have dairy free options. Pandan is like a coconut vanilla flavor, ube taste like taro. Made your lives easier because god forbid you ask if they have dairy free options or what these...
