A larger slice of pizza/ pie I have never seen. The individual slices are 15” long. The crust is about as good as I’ve had. The calzone is 15” wide and full of cheese. The downside is the cost. It’s about $9 for a slice or calzone with 1 topping and each additional topping is about $1 to $4. They do have vegan options! I have been here no less than 10 times since we moved in. I got the slice and loved it. I got a calzone and liked it. The dairy free version of the calzone is like this… take off the mozzarella (-$2) take off the ricotta (-0) and add in dairy free cheese (+$4). So now I’m at $10+ add a topping. I get the calzone and it’s full- of - cheese. Like where is the pepperoni? Why is there unmelted cheese in the middle? I end up scrapping out most of the cheese and putting it aside. This last time I asked for light cheese and it was perfect. But I was still charged the “full” amount and was left wondering where the pepperoni was. Son got the birra calzone. He didn’t like it because it was too mind boggling to have a calzone that tasted like a Mexican dish. He won’t be ordering it again. I typically can’t finish a calzone so he ate the other half and left his. They have a 30” pie and we’ve brought one home twice. Asked for 1/2 dairy free and 1/2 regular. There were spots of regular cheese in my half both times and I got sick so I couldn’t eat it. I have refilled my epipen Rx. While I miss having a slice. I just can’t risk the cross contamination and I stick with the calzone. They have a full bar and fun staff. Large tables for mixing smaller groups or larger ones. High and low tables as well as outside seating. They have a honey dispenser. I haven’t figured out what to do with it but it is there! The mix of tvs show a variety of things so I can watch a game if I choose. The night we were last there they were not expecting for the number of customers and were slower to get the food out and the trash emptied. Normally it’s about 10 minutes to get your food and that night more like 20. I saw a couple on a date and he got his order but his date didn’t get his order until he was almost done. So timing was off there. Other tables were served between the first guy getting his and the second guy getting his. Ours all came out together. I’ll go back.

Tonight we experienced Lazy Moon for the first time. We had already planned to share one pizza and we were really surprised to learn that the smallest pizza (other than just getting a slice) is a 20 inch. We ordered the Down Home pizza which is a bbq chicken with bacon and onions $32.50. The price sounds high but remember this is 20 inches and the two of us ate one slice each as a slice is bigger than my hand. The bbq sauce was on the peppery side which was a little more than it needed to be. The crust is thin and crisp enough. The crust has minimal flavor letting the toppings flavor the entire pizza. The toppings were abundant although light on cheese. The next larger size is a 30 in. I’ve never seen a bigger pizza in person. After this experience, we might just order a slice each next time rather than a whole pizza. We also ordered Cheesy Bread with a side is marinara as an appetizer $7. The marinara was a little on the peppery side and a little bit goes a long way. The Cheezy bread is pizza crust with garlic and mozzarella melted on top. Most inside tables are high tops and they have long picnic style tables that could be shared with another party. There are also a few tables outside. Ordering is done at the counter, they select your table for you and deliver your food to your table. Service was pretty quick and the staff are all nice, friendly and helpful.

Second visit. Better toppings, (my choice this time), the crust though was not as good as first visit. Good crust, but not 'one of the best' as on last week's visit. Still torn on this place. First visit. Bbq chicken pizza, horrible. Crust, one of the best in town. Expectations were reasonably high based on reviews. On the positive, one of the best pizza crusts I've eaten. Now, I should probably be smacked upside the head for not getting a more traditional slice on this first visit, but the girl at the cash register recommended the barbecue chicken pizza. I don't know how else to say it, but the taste was horrible. Whoever's pallet decided this tasted good needs to either stop smoking, get their tongue scraped, brush their teeth, or all of the above. I've never disliked barbecue chicken pizza. Tasted some that weren't impressive, but none that were as off-putting. It's not that they did anything wrong in the preparation. It's just this particular barbecue sauce... It just didn't work. Oddly spiced, and just a flavor I've never encountered before. She raved about it, so I was mystified. For my taste, repellent. Anyways, the crust really was outstanding, and for that reason alone, the place deserves another shot. I'm just a little apprehensive because of that bbq chicken deal. I hope never to re-encounter that flavor again. You may disagree.

First and last time coming here. I came in for lunch today, I spent $24 for two slices and a cheap domestic beer (not fancy craft). I will say the slices are huge and after receiving my food I realized I only needed to order one. Still, it would have been $15 for one slice and a cheap beer. The pizza was ok. Not amazing but not terrible. The crust potion was dry and flaky like a cracker. The slices came out really quick. This place also has a ton of vegetarian and gluten free options which is great. For this I would have left a four star review.

The reason I left a one star review is the staff, specifically the back of house. I sat at the bar and the entire time I was there myself and the rest of the dining room could clearly hear the back of house staff trash talking all of the customers who were there eating. They were practically yelling and you could clearly hear everything they were saying around the room. The other customer at the bar next to me commented to me that they shouldn't be saying things about their guests and as you looked around the room you could see other people looking up when they were spoken about. Not only were they very loud and rude but they were giving very specific detailed descriptions of the customers they were talking about (ex: "the white bald guy with the moustache"). I also overheard staff answering phones to take orders in the back who were very rude to the customers on the phone and acting very annoyed and bothered by the fact that they even had to answer the phone.

This place was highly recommended to me by multiple people but I left very underwhelmed. I paid a lot of money for food that was just ok and was treated like a lesser human by the staff. I definitely will not be back. I don't know if the security cameras here have audio but if they do the owners really need to take a listen to today's tape from...

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Seriously. The staff is so kind, and sincere – something that – as someone who had 15+ years in the service industry – I see fading away a lot in 2025. But not here! Everyone is super helpful, and just cool. When my godfather arrived, he was having a serious diabetic sugar crash. The manager moved quickly to get him something to drink and eat – her focus was him and his health – it touched our heart so much! Thank you Corrina!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The food is delicious!! Even with the economic crisis in rising prices, everything is so reasonable — you’re basically getting an entire pizza in just one slice – because they’re gigantic! And it’s not because they’re skipping on quality – the ingredients are top tier and believe me, I would know if it they weren’t, because it never hurts my stomach. 😌 They offer gluten-free options – which are also so yummy!! They have a cute little bar where they make delicious, affordable (yes, I said affordable!!) craft cocktails. I mean, really? Does it get any better? Everything is clean, cute art on the walls, jams playing. We had my son’s little graduation get together here and it was the sweetest experience ever. I felt so comfortable. I’m really grateful that this awesome establishment exists! Don’t hesitate to make this your number one pizza spot. Because nowhere else is going to “cut it“ 😉 He he. GO TO LAZY...
