Get there at opening or spend :10 looking for parking and :20 waiting in line AND very few tables/chairs.
We got lucky and found a spot in the street parallel to the lot, grabbed a table just as someone was leaving and got our sandwich rather quickly. Someone in line in front of us had a party of 6, saw them later eating in the back of their pick up truck in the parking lot.
The space is shared with multiple vendors. A bakery (to go food), shaved ice and b-b-q. All nicely packaged and fresh!!!!
Our banh mi sandwich with curried tofu, cilantro, jalapeño and shaved vegetables was so fresh, packed with flavor and the bread was slightly crunchy in the outside and so soft on the inside. Our Thai coffee packed a punch both flavor and caffeine-wise. In fact I am typing this at twice my normal speed!!!!!!!
There are restrooms at the entrance, very clean. The only negative…if you don’t like a crowded space, don’t go. It is a relatively small space/low ceilings and lots and lots of people. Perhaps go on a sleepy Wednesday at opening, instead of Sunday at noon.
But…go…at your preferred time to experience...

I don’t know how they do it, but Banh Mi Boys never misses. Every time I go, the food is just as amazing as the last. Fresh, flavorful, and packed with that signature punch that keeps me coming back. Their consistency is honestly unmatched and that alone deserves major props.
But let’s talk about their weekly specials because wow. They don’t just experiment, they deliver. One special in particular that completely stole the show for me was the Szechuan Hot Chicken Sandwich. That thing was next level delicious. Spicy, crispy, juicy, and full of bold flavor. It was everything I didn’t know I needed in a sandwich.
The only downside? It was a weekly special and now it’s gone 😭. I’m seriously hoping they bring it back and make it a permanent menu item. It deserves a spot on the regular lineup, no question.

As soon as you walk in to the building you’re greeted with multiple delish food smells. When you get to Banh Mi Boy cashier you hear those crunchy breads being cut. This is where I lost it and mesmerized watching them prep the food while my tummy screaming “FEED ME!!”. Upon unwrapping my pork belly sandwich, my caveman instinct kicked in and start gobbling it like its my last meal on this Earth. That crunchiness that I heard while they’re prepping it? I hear it again on every bite that I took. This time tho, the feel of that bread softness beyond that crunchiness. And thought if this is going to be my last meal on this...
