I would've rated it higher but it's in the airport, it's always busy, yet they always only have "1" line! These poor people are working like crazy to fill orders while impatient travelers wait for their orders! 1 guy got so impatient he took someone else's order and took off! The worker was so busy when the person asked where her order was, she had no clue! They had to remake it, making the lady wait longer. I just wonder how often this actually happens?! Is it that important for Starbucks in Orlando to save the money of hiring a couple of more people to keep orders running smoothly such a problem with the amount of products they sell there? I've seen Starbucks outside of the airports with more workers then this one and this place is busy everytime I'm there! It's at least a 10 minute to 15 minute wait between waiting in line and waiting for order! If they added more lines, people to handle the customer's, they probably would actually make more money as I can't tell how many times I had planned to stop but the wait time was too long! I've seen many people walk away! It's not like we have a choice! Miss our plane & get Starbucks or pass up and get to your plane on time?!?! You're losing more money then...
Read moreI ordered a hot chocolate without whipped cream. The lady asked me what’s my name for the order, I kept saying “Jenny” so many times but she couldn’t hear clearly. I thought my pronunciation wasn’t well, so I tried to tell her until she seemed to get it. Then I walked to the pickup counter to wait for my order. I had been standing there for so long and kept checking every cup they brought out. I couldn't find my name or even what the name of ordered either. I lost my patience when they served drinks to most of the customers who ordered after me. I talked to one of the staff and she showed me a drink that had already been there for a while(Not only my drink at the pick up counter at that time,still have a lot of drinks there,if just only 1 drink I might can recognize my order).I looked at the label again but it didn’t have my name or even the name of my order.My hot chocolate was already cold from being there for so long, obviously. Read moreI’m so tired of this place and its service, was waiting at least 40 mins and longer for a medium vanilla bean frappe, a bacon egg and cheese, a croissant, and 2 birthday cake pops, the workers were just singing and dancing while there was a whole bunch of people waiting for their orders, the cashier must’ve got people’s names mixed up cause there was a whole bunch of food and no one would come forward to claim what they ordered, it doesn’t take you that long to make someone’s drink, making what they need and give to them, they need to fix the staff or something or be shutdown at this point cause it’s ridiculous, i spent $30 on my order and i was waiting there for at least 40 mins by that time my flight was boarding and i had to leave my order and only got the cake pops because the cashier gave them to me at the very beginning from when i ordered, the service is ridiculous, you have a whole bunch of people waiting for the orders counting on you to make it as quick as possible before they miss their flight but no instead you just talk to your workers about what was happening with your friends and singing and...
