I completely understand business policies and the rules of restrooms being for paying customers only. Today the manager Ashley went above and beyond to enforce that policy. My sister suffers nerve damage from shattering her spine and has to use the bathroom immediately whenever she has the urge to go. While waiting in line with my grandfather to order their food, she asked one of the workers upfront if she may use the restroom. The manager Ashley said that the restrooms were for paying customers only and refused to let her use the restroom until she placed her order and paid for her food. Another customer in line offered to purchase some thing for her so that she can use the bathroom, to which Ashley declined and said that she would need to wait in line like everybody else in a not so professional manner. Some customers were appalled by her unprofessionalism and walked out in the middle of their order. She then went on ranting about how she was previously written up for allowing a non-paying customer to use the restroom. Hopefully this escalates to somebody higher up who can consider hiring a manager who is customer friendly, business oriented, and doesn’t lack human decency. I am completely disgusted by this manager’s behavior and the way she speaks to her customers. As far as I’m concerned, my family and friends will not be visiting that Subway anymore as long as Ashley remains a manager there, and will be spreading the word so that others are aware of the service they can expect to receive when they...
Read moreSuch poor customer service.. I had an issue with employee Maria a couple of weeks ago do her asking me 6 Times if I wanted a foot long even after telling her No It’s. 6-inch. She looked at me as if what I was saying was wrong && that I was confused, which instead she was. The manager tried to jump in I don’t have his name but he is of fair-skin and speaks Spanish… he tried to jump to her defense and say that I was in the phone && that thats why she started to make my sandwich without asking me what I wanted and corrected him and let him know he as well was lying because he was right there knowing that I was listening to her and answering her back. Other times that I have gone in and hes there & she is not, never any issues occur.. Today I decided to go in for a a sandwich and she happened to be coming in to work && he was making sandwiches && in order to be funny he askes me knowing I come in for a 6-Inch because he hasn’t asked before, if I wanted a foot long or 6-inch.. after he asked that question he looked at her for validation with a smirk on his face && while she was attending me she was also smiling. I’m not fat, I am a thick woman so I truly don’t know what’s funny… The manager himself is a heavyset man so that shouldnt even be something he laughs about.
Subway I thought ya was a no judgment establish meant but I...
Read moreUpdate: Manager said she will not be refunding me because apparently I lied. Why would I take time out of my day for multiple days for $17 I wanted one sandwich refunded. Her employees were the ones that messed up and I could have just gone to my bank but instead called them to notify maybe they could have spoken to their employees to do something differently. Instead I'm the one that apparently needs to get checked.
In such a rush to make a sandwich incorrect. When I called to notify they said they were busy and that's why it was made incorrect but literally there was no one in the store when I went to order. They asked me which sandwich it was twice and still managed to make the wrong one. They charged me before the food was even done toasting and when asked my toppings one of the sandwiches had avocados but I was already charged so then they notified me it would be extra which was no problem but they barely put any avocados on it im sure because they didn't charge me they didn't want to put a lot of it. Such a rush to charge me the wrong thing also but not in a rush to refund me. All you can offer is for me to drive 30 minutes back so you can remake the sandwich oh and let's not forget they wanted me to take the...
