Twistee Treat Curry Ford — Restaurant in Orlando

I love coming to this location because of the ice cream and Ms. Bruni!!! The manager (Chad) needs to talk to his assistant and her boyfriend because they need to be working instead of letting Ms. Bruni work by herself while they're hugging and kissing at work where the customers can see them!!! Their latest was this past Tuesday when we got ice cream and it was only Ms. Bruni working (as usual) while the love birds were hugging and kissing where we could see them from the window. That's not professional!!

I definitely love the ice cream. My favorite person in the store is Ms. Bruni. Almost every time I come with my family to get ice cream she takes care of us. We miss her, her smile and energy when she is not there. She is by far the hardest working employee in that entire store and that includes management; which is sad to say. It is also very sad to say that I'm very disappointed with management. How is it possible that I came to the store late to get ice cream and Ms. Bruni was all by herself closing the store. If that is not elderly abused and I don't know what is. They have a bunch of teenagers working at the store who do nothing but play on their phones and they leave the oldest, most kindest, sweetest, hardest working person to do the work and tonight she was left all by herself to do everything from cleaning to I assume counting money, possibly restocking and of course let's not even start with her walking in the parking lot by herself. Let's just say I have seen some crazies and some creeps walking around this parking lot late at night. How can management allow this? The owner of the store needs to seriously rethink their managers. If I was the owner I would be firing these managers or starting an investigation as to why...

I go here all the time and there is always something wrong. My recent visit has finally put the nail in the coffin. I asked for a large butter pecan with rainbow sprinkles and a small vanilla and strawberry swirl on a cake cone with rainbow sprinkles. I had to repeat myself 3 times. 6 I get to the window, the cone had no sprinkles, so I had to ask to put them on. The cup finally came, and it was vanilla with pecans and rainbow sprinkles. I said what is this. She explained what I said it was. Then I said I ordered butter pecan with rainbow sprinkles. She was like ice cream. Then walked away. Then I had to tell someone else it was butter pecan soft serve with rainbow sprinkles. She said yup. I got it, and i went forward. It was vanilla AGAIN with rainbow sprinkles. At that point, I had left and didn't feel like dealing with them again. Needless to say. I will never go back. I 6 even think my order...

Last night my family and I went out for ice cream at this location. Iv been here a few times and it’s always busy which I understand. I walked up to the window where what appeared to be a customer in front of me but who I assumed worked there but was off work in street clothes took not only the people in front of me order but mine and the person behind me while. Processing the payments which included cash and credit cards. The shift leader I believe her name is spelled Shirena was standing around in the back and even was talking to the (off work employee) who took my payment. All this was occurring while there were 3 people waiting for their orders and the drive threw backed up 6-7 cars. The 4-5 workers on staff did a great job and my ice cream was great.
