The food is great however customer experience is lacking. As a first time customer, I found the experience unwelcoming, frustrating, and disappointing. I tried calling in my order ahead but I could not reach anyone over the phone. Customers are forced to enter their order on a touchscreen menu. The choices on the touchscreen are confusing and I found it frustrating. The ladies behind the counter are not focused on assisting people with the menu which causes the lines to get backed up unnecessarily. After I selected my order, no one told me to head over to the other side of the counter to pay. I stood by for at least 10 minutes before I realized I needed to pay at the register. I was thinking I paid after the food was ready. It wasn’t until I paid that my order was added to the line. After I paid still no one explained what I needed to do next. I'm so happy I spotted Taino's Bakery yesterday afternoon. My Aunt and I decided to have breakfast there this morning and what a pleasant surprise. Whenever I'm visiting my Islita🇵🇷, one of my 1st stops is a local bakery. So to stumble across an authentic Puerto Rican Bakery in Orlando Florida was such a treat. When we walked in, we were greeted by Gabriel the manager who was Awesome...he was kind and attentive. 😊 I had to have my favorite sandwich of all...my medianoche! It was delicious and made with love. The meats were tender and flavorful!!! We enjoyed the Cafe con Leche and we of course left with quesitos, jugo de parcha and pan sobao.💗 Honestly, there was so much to choose from and everything was very authentic. This location was inviting, very clean and all of the employees were nice! The pictures and the paintings made you feel at home.
