My wife baby and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tainos Bakery, and it was an experience that left us utterly impressed. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for something special. Shout out boriqua Gabriel! Ambiance and Cleanliness: The warm and inviting ambiance enveloped us as we entered. The bakery was impeccably clean, creating an atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. The soft music playing in the background added to the overall charm.
Food: Letās talk about the food! We devoured the following delectable dishes: Jibarito Steak: Imagine tender steak nestled between crispy fried plantainsāpure bliss! The flavors danced on our taste buds, and the plantains added a delightful twist. A must-try! Amarillos with Alcapuria y Rellenos: Sweet plantains (amarillos) paired with alcapurias and rellenos each bite was a celebration of Puerto Rican cuisine. The alcapurias were perfectly seasoned, and the rellenos were heavenly. Soft Bread with Ham, Egg, and Cheese: Comfort food at its finest! The soft bread cradled a generous portion of ham, egg, and melted cheese. It was like a warm hug for our bellies. Beverages: We sipped on coffeeārich, aromatic, and topped with the most heavenly whipped cream. It was like a little indulgence in every cup. Service: And now, letās talk about Gabriel, our cashier. His friendly demeanor and efficient service elevated our dining experience. He made sure we had everything we needed, and his genuine smile brightened our day. Kudos to you, Gabriel! Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food is great however customer experience is lacking. As a first time customer, I found the experience unwelcoming, frustrating, and disappointing. I tried calling in my order ahead but I could not reach anyone over the phone. Customers are forced to enter their order on a touchscreen menu. The choices on the touchscreen are confusing and I found it frustrating. The ladies behind the counter are not focused on assisting people with the menu which causes the lines to get backed up unnecessarily. After I selected my order, no one told me to head over to the other side of the counter to pay. I stood by for at least 10 minutes before I realized I needed to pay at the register. I was thinking I paid after the food was ready. It wasnāt until I paid that my order was added to the line. After I paid still no one explained what I needed to do next. I finally got my food over 30 minutes later. The food is delicious but more focus needs to be on greeting and assisting customers. This location is missing out on a lot of...

Whenever I'm visiting my Islitašµš·, one of my 1st stops is a local bakery. So to stumble across an authentic Puerto Rican Bakery in Orlando Florida was such a treat. When we walked in, we were greeted by Gabriel the manager who was Awesome...he was kind and attentive. š I had to have my favorite sandwich of all...my medianoche! It was delicious and made with love. The meats were tender and flavorful!!! We enjoyed the Cafe con Leche and we of course left with quesitos, jugo de parcha and pan sobao.š Honestly, there was so much to choose from and everything was very authentic. This location was inviting, very clean and all of the employees were nice! The pictures and the paintings made you feel at home. You should definitely consider opening up a location in Bergen County New Jersey... Hint Hintš Thank you for making us feel like we were "HOMEšµš·" for our...
