I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. Despite having high expectations based on the reputation of your establishment, my visit on June 9 was marred by multiple issues that greatly diminished my dining experience.
First and foremost, I must address the issue of the entrance fee that was imposed on us without proper justification. As stated on the sign displayed at your restaurant, the fee of $6 is applicable after 20:00. However, my party and I arrived at 19:45, well within the time frame that should have exempted us from this additional charge. It is both disappointing and disheartening to be subjected to an arbitrary fee, especially when we complied with the stated policy.
Furthermore, the service we received was far from satisfactory. One of the most glaring problems was the significant delay in bringing the remaining five plates of food to our table. While one member of our party received their meal promptly, the rest of us had to wait an excessive amount of time. This not only disrupted our dining experience but also made four members of our group feel left out and frustrated.
Adding to our disappointment, the server's attitude towards us was nothing short of disrespectful. We were met with curt responses, a lack of attentiveness, and an overall lack of professionalism. It is essential to remember that customers patronize a restaurant not only for the food but also for the quality of service, which includes treating guests with respect and courtesy.
Considering the aforementioned incidents, it is evident that our visit to your restaurant was far from satisfactory. As customers, we expected a pleasant dining experience, which included fair policies, prompt service, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met, and we are left with a negative impression of your establishment.
I believe that by taking appropriate steps to address these concerns, you can restore the reputation of your restaurant and regain the trust and loyalty of your customers. I sincerely hope that my feedback is taken seriously, and that you will make the necessary improvements to prevent other patrons from experiencing the same disappointments.

This place has a lot of potential and is continuing to adapt to the needs of its customers. The staff is great, most speak English as well as Portuguese, and are always willing to recommend something new off the menu. The kitchen is small and therefore the menu is as well but the portions are large and reasonably priced. Outdoor seating is plentiful and the wifi is fast if you're looking to work remotely from the bar (as I do a lot!). They sometimes have a buffet where you can pay by the pound, which turns out to be a little bit more than the price of a regular entree, but you get a variety. I first tried to call the restaurant to place my order that way, but their phone was consistently busy. So, I ordered through the app and showed up on time.
