Looooooove this place. My family went here a couple times as a kid and we enjoyed it but hadn’t gone in a while. We went last night to celebrate my parents’ anniversary, and it was an enjoyable experience. The ambiance was welcoming and fun, if a little loud. The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. I unfortunately forgot our server’s name but we loved his professionalism and promptness. He was fun to talk to but also not overbearing and let us enjoy our time together. The food was mouth-watering. I got the Tortelloni, my dad got the eggplant parmesan, and my mom got the cannelloni. We shared a ceasar salad and my mom ordered a house Pinot Grigio. I should start my saying that my mom is breathing down my neck to make sure I write that they hand make their pasta, instead of buying it from somewhere. I don’t know if that’s true, but I assume so, and that’s really cool. All dishes were reasonably priced and portioned so I didn’t feel like I ate too much or too little. The salad was done the traditional way instead of mass market. So instead of being tossed in a bowl, they take uncut leaves and dress them on the plate. I unfortunately didn’t get a picture. We got a tiramisu and some gelato for dessert which were also addicting to eat. Every dish, including the dessert, was light in the mouth. What I mean is, I didn’t feel like I was so full, I’d throw up in 2 bites. The tiramisu was spongy and soft. No single flavor was overpowering so thank you to the chefs for understanding balance. Us neurospicy people are happy. Anyway there’s lots of parking! And they put in the work to produce gluten free options on the menu.

On yesterday 6/8/2025 I ordered food for curbside pickup didn’t go as expected. I was promised my food by 7:30pm and I arrived at 7:25pm alone with another vehicle which i preceded to call the restaurant as you are to do when you arrived. The other vehicle decided to go in to get their food. As I sat there it was going on 8pm and I decided to give them another call to see what was going on with my food and was told it wasn’t ready yet. So I waited then the waitress came out to my car and said that she apologize that my food was given to someone else but don’t worry the customer is bring it back. I then told the waitress that are you thinking that I will be taking food that was given to someone else after like 40 minutes and she looking at me like that was ok. I told her no that is unsanitary and I will not and she said then I can get them to make your food again like that was not an option but she guess she will do it. After 10 more minutes the other customer came back with a bag then come back empty handed and left. After I got out my car and went to the restaurant and ask for my money back because I’m not going to take food that someone else had for 40 minutes and brought back to the restaurant. They sure me that wasn’t going to happen because they preparing more food for me and I can get that as well and will be several more minutes before they finish. As I went to my car and open the door the waitress come out with a bag I get it and pulled off and noticed that the food wasn’t hot as they say they just made it, it was cold which I’m sure the food wasn’t given to me that the other customer brought back. I decided tonthrow the food away because I’m not eating something that someone else brought back after 40 minutes and who knows what they did to eat. I seen a homeless guy and gave it to him. I will NEVER ever get food from this red again if they the last restaurant on earth. So please if you care how your food is prepared or what they might of done to your food please stay away if you care about what goes into your body. I sure hate to see how it was with COVID-19 with them taking food back to the kitchen after someone have...

This is our all time favorite Italian restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere are always excellent. On this Sunday afternoon we drove almost 2 hours to eat lunch here with our out of town friends who were visiting. We were all very hungry and thirsty when we arrived. We were seated immediately and given menus. Our waiter said he would be right back with our beverages. We noticed we had the brunch menu and we all wanted dinner items. Our waiter finally came back with beverages about 30 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. We told him we needed dinner menus please. He went to get them. Another 30 minutes passed and he finally returned (without the menus) and asked what we wanted to order. We reminded him we had requested dinner menus. He went to get them. Another long delay. He left and came back multiple times, always forgetting something. The children were so hungry..along with us all. He did not even bring bread for our group until one of our guests went to go find him to ask for some after we had waited for 40 minutes. She said he was not very courteous in response to her request. (But he finally brought some) This is how our entire meal went..it took us over an hour to get our food and not all of it was correct. He seemed upset to return the incorrect order and angry when he came back a 2nd time to clarify the order with us. He said it would be 5 minutes. It was almost 20 minutes before the last dinner arrived and everyone was almost done eating and ready to leave when it was finally brought. Waters were not refilled. It took 4 requests and 40 minutes to get 2 glasses of ice water. Long waits for everything. We were there for 2 hours. It was a very disruptive disappointing meal after we had told our friends about how wonderful the food and service were here. (NOTE: The food, when it finally arrived, was hot and excellent as usual) The poor service today was so unusual we felt something had to be said. The young man waiting on us seemed unhappy to be there. The restaurant was not as busy as it usually is, so the long delays for service were not...
