Could have been better, should have been better. This store clearly has major issues. Upon my arrival in the parking lot l observed the exterior to be well maintained and free of trash. I had simply intended to utilize the drive thru, but based on the backed up lengthy long line, l decided to go inside instead. Upon entry to this establishment the very first thing l noticed was the manager screaming orders rather loudly at her staff. Oddly it appeared that she was either unwilling or incapable of communicating under the 140dbl level. Upon arriving at the counter I was immediately and warmly greeted by the same manager who actually is capable of having a normal conversation. After welcoming me to the store, she immediately started screaming for the worker who was assigned to the front counter to come take my order. He was out in the dining room cleaning tables. Apparently she doesn't take orders and instead primarily just screams at the workers. Upon completion of my financial transaction I was attempting to put my debit card back in my wallet when the young man kept sticking and waving a table tent marker in front of me, all he had to do was look to see that my hands were busy, apparently putting my debit card away wasn't a priority, but immediately holding that stupid tabletop marker was, at least in his mind. I'm guessing just setting it down on the countertop so l could pick it up later wasn't a viable option in his world. Oddly l didn't share his same sense of urgency and finished putting my card away before excepting custody of the precious numbered table tent. I ordered the Big Mac meal in medium, along with fries and an ice tea with light ice. While cool, when my tea arrived, in a reckless abandonment of common sense, it naturally was devoid of ANY ice. Upon opening my Big Mac serving carton it was basically impossible not to notice that it realistically appeared as if someone had already taken a bite out of the food. I immediately returned it to the front counter and spoke with the same manager and asked if I could have one that didn't appear to already been eaten by somebody else. She immediately addressed the issue without attitude and barked out an order for a replacement. I found my fries to be delicious and abundantly well salted, well past the point of excess, l just didn't want to argue over everything so l ate them. I really felt that my visit today demonstrated a total indifference to customer care and customer satisfaction. Additionally l think it highlighted a lack of pride in the staff in what they viewed as acceptable. The staff of store #6260 clearly leaves vast room for improvement!. My visit today exemplifies while convenient, this is why I truly make every effort not to eat at a McDonald's. Sadly this is just another example of overpriced fast food produced by overpaid ($15/hr) under performing clueless staff who seemingly embrace mediocrity as the new norm. Is this remotely worthy of what's charged? Oh McJoy!

I had a few errands to run and hadn’t had a thing to eat all morning. I stopped by McDonald’s and ate lunch in the parking lot. It’s always the same story: I get a hankering, I “satisfy” it, I regret it, I promise myself I won’t return, a month later I repeat the cycle. “You go back, Jack, do it again…”. This time I took photos to remind myself that 1) the Filet-O-Fish sandwich just isn’t as good as I remember it and it’s stupidly expensive for its size and ingredients ($6.19); 2) Why did I spend $6.89 on a burger that isn’t even charbroiled? 3) $4.69 is just downright excessive for a medium order of fries. This is boring corporate food. America would go here because it was fast and inexpensive; now it’s fast and insanely overpriced. On the upside, they do have a sign on the building that claims they are hiring at $15/hour, so at least they’re besting the minimum wage. And the two young people who served me were polite and friendly. Comparing to other fast food (e.g. their two biggest burger chain competitors or even a cajun chicken chain) and dine-in restaurants (i.e. a Chinese buffet on Ina), and in my estimate, McDonalds _really_ exaggerates their prices. I’ve made up my mind: it’s time to break the cycle; no more golden arches for me.

I have had many good experiences with some female workers, but yesterday was a nightmare. I had my 4 y.o. grandson & ordered a Happy Meal - no adult food. I was given a table marker and went to the play area. After about 15 minutes, I went back to the counter to ask where my food was. The male employee angrily told me he had called my number several times. I explained that guest in the play area can't hear. He then said he gave my food away. I questioned how he could give my food away and showed him my table marker. He loudly told me he had called my number several times. I asked for a manager and he said he was the only manager there. I asked his name - he had no name tag on and he refused to tell me. I then snapped his picture and he said if I ever come back he will call the police.

We stopped for breakfast at about 9am on a Sunday morning. The drive thru was packed, so we decided to go in and eat. I ordered a Hot Cakes and Sausage, LG coke, side hash browns, sausage egg mcmuffin meal with hash browns and a Med OJ. We go sit down, there was another couple already sitting and three people waiting by the register.

Food comes after 5 min, great, we are both starving. I open the bag because it's way to small a bag to have the hot cakes. I look in the bag, and there is a 6 pc nuggets container and a mcmuffin. I open the container and there is a lone sausage sitting there. The cashier heard sausage, even though he told them when I ordered he needed hot cakes. I got charged $2 for a piece of sausage and then he charged me for hot cakes. So I'm already paying $2 more because the cashier didn't pay attention. I go sit back down and tell my gf to start eating. A few min later the cashier is bringing my hot cakes out. I go to put my butter on them so I can watch it melt and soak in. Nope! The hot cakes weren't even warm, the bottom two were still frozen in the middle. I took my hot cakes back and asked for a refund. We left and were driving away when my gf finally started to eat her sausage egg mcmuffin, only to find out there was no egg.

It's taken me several days to write this out without being so mad. I did manage to type it all with just my middle finger though. This place was horrible on everything. You would think the manager would apologize for the poor service but no, she just unlocked the register so the cashier could process a refund. Horrible service, horrible food. I want to be more upset, but at this point I don't expect anything to change. This should be a one off, but every single McDonalds in town sucks...

Service always takes forever, even when it’s only like 2-3 cars in drive-thru. 9/10 I go and they mess up my order. Half the time when I order a frappe, it’s so liquidy that it just sloshes around in the container like it’s water. If I ask for extra pickles or extra sauce, it’s very unlikely I will get it, even if they put it up on the screen, very clearly showing “EXTRA PICKLE” or extra whatever. One time I went and just ordered a frappe, the girl tried to give me a bag of ice. When I looked at her weird, she went “oh, sorry, you ordered a water” and went to hand me a Dasani. I looked at her even weirder. I ordered a caramel frappe. It’s one thing to have an issue every now and again, I get that, I’ve worked in fast food before myself, I completely understand that, especially when it’s during peak hours. But, most of the time when I go, its not during peak, and they mess up almost every single time. I think there have only been two or three times where they haven’t messed up anything on my order, and it’s been the same guy (I think he’s a manager? I wish I had his name, he’s the only one that seems to know what he’s doing, and he’s the only one that’s always friendly when I go. If I get his name the next time I go, I will write another review. He should be recognized for being on top of things in a place where everyone else clearly isn’t.) Outside of that one employee, this place sucks. It’s the closest place to my house, and I usually grab dinner there on my way to work, which are the only reasons why...
