Golden Bean Bakery and Cafe — Restaurant in Orono

Second visit as a to go customer. Staff was so very kind, knowledgeable and ready to provide stellar customer service. For the second time, I wanted to purchase what they call bars as pasty items for two parties. The cost of each bar was so very reasonable because they are huge. So large that I requested to have them cut into 4 and 6 pieces each. The special request was granted and the food was a hit. I will always consider Golden Bean Bakery first for parties. They currently close at 2 pm on the days I have been there, so I promise its worth making the time early in the day...

I started going here because I started getting tired of the coffee shop next store (Nest). I've been pleasantly surprised ever since. They have a student discount (GO BLACK BEARS), punch card rewards and they have some of THE BEST home made bagels I've ever had. I've never had a long wait for my purchases. Their cold brew is very tasty and everyone has been so pleasant with each interaction :) thanks for adding to the coffee shop variety we so desperately...

I've been going here every day for almost a week(I found out about it last week) and it's awesome. The lotus drinks are all tasty and don't have undissolved power at the bottom.
