I've been eating at Subway for 33 years this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I placed it online order arrived to pick it up grab the bag and left when I got to my destination I noticed they forgot one sandwich the second sandwich was soggy with olives on it when I called back a young man named Anthony kept hanging up on me then he blocked my number I'm not even joking. I could not leave the location I was at to get my other sandwich so when I went back to get my money back they refuse to give me the money back for my order kept telling me how to act even though I wasn't even being rude they were being obnoxious little children they probably have no business even having jobs. So then the girl proceeded to call CU%T I'm not even joking in front of an elderly couple & told me to leave. I said listen give me a free cookie in my sandwich. unbelievable whoever owns this franchise should be so ashamed of themselves it's not even funny. I heard the manager she got on the phone's name was Dana she can't even train her employees to do refunds they wanted me to drive back another hour to get my refund on Monday I'm not going to pay $7 to get a $7 refund how dare you not train your employees how to do a normal job. Dana and the owner and Anthony and his other two girls are all a bunch of you. Dana and the owner and Anthony and the other two young girls are the worst employees I've ever encountered. Not only that the air conditioning was broken it was 92° today. Wasn't even broken they just don't even know how to operate it. Thanks for the Soggy sandwiches I hope you enjoy getting a new job. Sincerely, the pool lady
ps I hope their next employer sees this review and...
Read moreOrdered a very simple sandwich. Club with no mayo or veggies not toasted. I picked it up and drove him. Thankfully I live close because when I got home the sandwich was toasted (not a big deal but really wanted it not toasted since it was very hot outside) so I drove back since I live close. There was nobody in there. Looked like the girl was making a sandwich for an online order. So I walked in and said "I'm sorry but I got home and I realized this was toasted and it was not suppose to be" so she takes it and remakes it. She does not change gloves even though she was making someone else's sandwich. She also is very rude. Shaking her head and throwing the items for the sandwich down on the bread super aggressively. The bacon had to be toasted for the club so she toasts it and slams the door to the over and when it comes out she slams it onto the counter. I would understand if they were super busy and I came in asking for it remade but there was not a single person in there. I also would have understood if she finished the sub she was already working on. She was very rude and I will honestly not be returning to the location. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to go to Dalton. Plus who knows how long the sandwich sat because it was toasted but not very warm even though I picked it up 2 minutes after it said it was ready. Anyways would...
Read moreThis subway needs some assistance in making sure it stays a little cleaner. As for the workers you have good and bad at any place of business. One thing that really upsets me is how the young kids working their are treated by some of the customers. If the owner or manager allows this shame on you. Their is no reason a customer should make those kids hold up the tomatoes so a lady can inspect them individually before going on a sandwich or having to count the seeds and if there’s more than two then they do not want it. Customers are not always right. If they do not like it they can move on. The owner/ manager needs to make sure these kids are not intimidated by the customer and allow them to be run over. Step up. Because losing a customer means nothing because people...
