Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Oshkosh

I ordered last night before they closed. Abt 10: 11. Their tracker says I got my food at 12:44, past their close and MIDNIGHT. I was already asleep by that point and not expecting any food anymore. The drink was not there the next morning but my sandwich was. Absolutely ridiculous, I can't believe I got charged for food that I A) never got or B) was sitting in front of my door for hours because these clowns think delivering past midnight much less their close time makes sense. I'll just make my own sandwich next time and avoid a 2 and a half hour waste of time.

EDIT 4 Days Later I was emailed by a director of operations from the company who didnt offer any real solution to the fact that they delivered a sandwich to me well past a time I would expect rather than cancel for the night or offer me any updates. I would have a sandwich that hasnt been sitting in front of my door past the crack of dawn or my money back. Or something more than "its hard for us to find staff right now. maybe when the fall semester picks up we can get some...

I went in and I asked for a number 4 turkey tom with provolone cheese and I asked for giant. I placed my order first and 1 other gal came in after me and an online order came through. Those sandwiches were made before mine and I waited at least 10 minutes before I got mine. I ate half of my sandwich until I realized there was no cheese on my sandwich. I called the store and they asked me for a receipt and come in with the sandwich they never gave me a receipt when I paid or after I got my order for pickup he asked me to come back and bring in the whole sandwich to have proof that there is no cheese on the sandwich but the manager was there making the sandwich with the other gentleman and he can't remember he put cheese on it? I paid for the cheese. I said well can I bring at least half of the sandwich in because I already ate half and he told me no he needs the whole sandwich to have proof to remake it. WOW! I called 15 min later after I got home. So mind you this all took place...

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! I used the mobile order app to make an order totaling $40.91. Sounds awesome right? WRONG!! My order "went through" without actually going through 3 times, resulting in a charge of $122.73. Now I have contacted Jimmy John's customer service 3 times, final time leaving a message, still no response. Never got an order number, mind you I have an account and am a "freaky rewards member" all because my order never went through. They charged me for an order that NEVER went through!!! I am irrate at this point, it's been sitting in my account as pending so I can't even dispute it as all purchases need to be finalized by the merchant. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! This is illegal, if I don't get a response or any attempt from JIMMY JOHN'S then I will be suing...
