Zero star for crooked Management....Don’t move here if you want to avoid the court system just to get back a fair amount of your security deposit.

I need to know why I was charged for damages to floating shelves and broken shower drain? I need you to provide evidence of that. What/Which floating shelves? I did not break any shower drain. I've been sitting on a shower drain that refuses to stay up since I moved in. What made it worse is that my hair would also get clogged under the drain and on multiple occasions you guys would clear the hair and not address the fact that the shower drain would not stay up... I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT

Is that 174$ a standard cleaning fee for the apartment? What was not cleansed in the apartment that warranted 174$?

Why did you guys have to replace the kitchen glass cooktop? What damage was done?

You guys are attempting to take away $630 of my 900$ security deposit f my security deposit and I will not just roll over and take this likely. I can see if it was warranted but it's not.

I have documentation of every single conversation, maintenance request, emails, videos of when I first move in and out. It's ashamed I had to take those precautions and I’m glad I did. In my opinion this proves how sleazy...

All subjective, of course, but thought this may be helpful for those searching for a new home.

PROS - Wonderful maintenance tech, Cody, well-kept property/building, variety of floor plans available, nice downtown location with cafes, bars, shops, and riverwalk nearby

CONS - Overpriced parking fee per vehicle for uncovered, unassigned parking stall, few amenities, seemingly free-for-all pet policy

(During our time at Brio, our neighbor’s dog was quite frankly a lawsuit waiting to happen due to her aggressive tendencies. We spent month after month listening to barking at all hours, being lunged at in the hallway, etc., and being barricaded in the elevator while our neighbor attempted to hold the dog back from us, all on a regular basis. Despite countless discussions with management, we ended up leaving as we had had enough.)

Application process was easy! The pet policy is amazing (best in Oshkosh). While rent is expensive, there are other good things what weigh into it. One of the unfortunate things (in my opinion) is having to pay per vehicle to park in our parking lot and not even have assigned parking. BUT- Maintenance you can’t find better. They are there immediately. You can do all requests and rent payments through an app. The property manager is fast at all responses. Handicap accessible- there is an elevator! I recommend looking at all apartments because they each have their own unique things about them. Some are the same but so many layout options. Full size washer and dryer. You can have a nice 3-5 minute walk to the river. Perfect location. While yes it’s a new building, its probably the best building in...
