Karmali's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Oshkosh

DON'T ORDER FISH FROM HERE! I have given this place several times to correct this problem and no change. When I call to place my order, I will repeat what I say 2-3 times...fried bluegill plate and PLEASE don't over cook it or give me under cooked fish. They say that they would make sure that my food was cooked correctly....I go to pick it up and I get home...open it and it's NOT right. The last 5 times the fish is under cooked. Now I have been going to this place for about a year now...I had the best fish the very first time and every 10 times I ordered. I just got home from picking it up...NOT GOOD...UNDER COOKED AGAIN!!! I WILL NO LONGER BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER! I AM FINDING A NEW PLACE TO ORDER EVERY FRIDAY...

WOW! Five of us just had the best meals we have had in a L o n g time!! We have been looking for a new Friday night hang out since Bill and Stel’s closed. We Found It!!! Awesome Tenderloin 12 oz juicy and flavorful. Bluegills were excellent. Tuna was super sushi grade big portion and reasonably priced. Drinks very good and reasonably priced. 5 of us had absolutely nothing bad to say about anything. Amy was awesome as our server and the owners were there and very engaging. I cannot think of any reason not to come here for food and drinks if you like a great priced, flavorful meal with friendly staff and newly remodeled environment....

I have been here several times and never had a problem like this. The fries were so salty it was like a salt lick. The western burger was so salty I couldn't even taste the BBQ sauce. I called to let them know and the person who answered said, "Oh thanks I'll let them know." Didn't offer to remake it for me or anything. If you F up like this you should replace the order or make it right in some way. I have worked in the service industry for years including restaurants and this is very unacceptable.
