Blimpie Subs and Sandwiches — Restaurant in Oshkosh

I found out that there was a Blimpie in Oshkosh after I had already been living here for a while. It is one of my favorite chain sandwich places. A lot better than Subway, I mean lets face it everything is better than Subway. Anyway, I have gotten a few different sandwiches from here, they have lots of customization options for your sandwich. They also have hot sandwiches and usually have a specialty sandwich which I think might change monthly. My favorite is the tuna though. One of the only places in town that doesn't put that nasty celery in their tuna. The staff has always been really friendly. If you use their online ordering, the orders have always been ready by the quoted time. Even though there are lots of sandwich places in Oshkosh, I am glad Blimpie is one...

On January 26th we arrived at 205pm. We stood at the service line for 5 minutes and it appeared like no one was even working there. My son then went and opened the front door again to make the door chime go off in case they didn't hear it the first time. I looked around for someone and we stood there for five more minutes before we left without being served. It won't surprise me when they go out of business with that kind of service.

Lie all you want about checking the cameras to cover your butts, but my son and I were most definitely there from 205 to 215 and your store was as empty as Chernobyl. I won't ever be...

Whats up with this location? - the one downtown was great. This one, not so much. Ive tried this place 4 times and only once was I happy with my experience.

The same cranky lady (manager?) is there every time Ive been in. I think sometimes she’s the ONLY person on staff. Service is slow and usually unpleasant, almost as though its an inconvenience to do the job. Also, whoever bakes the bread should be fired - its always doughy and gross.
