The staff here are incredible—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or just exploring, they’re great at guiding you through their thoughtfully curated flights. The wine, beer, and old fashioned flights are all top-notch—each one offering a unique and delicious experience.

The charcuterie boards are beautifully presented and pair perfectly with the drinks. There’s clearly a lot of care put into every detail, from the ingredients to the service.

We decided to visit Flights during first June Saturday events in Oshkosh. We did a wine flight plus tried some single glasses of wine. We ordered items for our charcuterie board to accompany our wine selections. Everything we chose for our board was fresh and local. Delicious! We chose to sit outside because they allowed cigar smoking which my partner was very happy about. The noise from the street was quite loud at times but the weather was so nice it more than made up for the annoyance. The staff, especially Haley, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We finished our wines and board goodies and proceeded to complete our evening with the Art Gallery event. Beginning or ending your evening at Flights would be a wonderful experience any day...

It was clean, decorated nicely, friendly staff, fresh charcuterie ingredients and tasty drinks. Not busy.

Where it was lacking was customization in the wine flights. Some people like all sweet or all dry. However, you could only choose all white or all reds or a mix. Being that flights are their specialty it'd be nice to have more options or even a "build your own". Also I wish there was more for food. I think this would draw in more customers if there were a handful of "meal" items like grilled cheese or Naan bread pizza. It makes it hard to come during "meal times" because of the limitations in food.

Overall, fun spot for after dinner or in between meals. Just needs a few tweaks to take it...
