I came through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and when I came home to open my sub it was squished, missing cheese and avocado and had maybe like four individual pieces of veggies were on it and even though I asked for extra sauce it looked like someone whispered the word “Mayo” next to it and called it good. I’ve worked at a subway for five years and have trained dozens of employees and I have yet to see a sandwich made as poorly as that one. Called and lady said it could be remade, was super nice over the phone. Got to the store to have it remade to hear another customer complaining to a boy at the registers (the only employee out of four to be polite and have great customer service)at and a line of irritated people. An older lady (assuming management) yanked the sub from my husband without saying anything to us. I taped my receipt (which had my order on it) to the sub so they knew what it was and still had to yell what I wanted on my sub over a line of people who already looked frustrated. Got attitude and glares the entire time from employee dealing with my remake. The Second Lady she handed my sub to didn’t ask if it was good or if I wanted anything else and started to cut it and wrap it, but forgot my sauces and avocado a second time and got more attitude for asking for it to be added. . It is not hard to put things on a sandwich and it’s not hard to give good customer service. 10/10 do not recommend. I got there to pick it up and of course the lobby was closed so I thought no biggie I’ll quick go through the drive through. Jokes on me the drive through doesn’t work? I sat at the speaker waiting for someone for a few minutes and ended up just deciding to wait for the ONE person in front of me to get their order and I’ll just tell the worker at the window that I have an order pick up. So I waited… and waited…and waited… 5 minutes…10 minutes… and STILL NO ONE WITH THEIR FOOD at this point I’m supposed to be at work. So I left. And of course there is no cancel order in the app so I called to ask them to cancel. Someone did pick up so clearly someone works there but they had the worst customer service ever. Rude and telling me I was supposed to ring a doorbell?? How would I have ever known that. She told me that she’d have someone cancel it and give me a refund. Read moreWorst subway ever. So bad infact, that I will never eat in a subway again. After having lunch here yesterday, I spent the rest of the afternoon with an incredible stomach ache that continued into the evening progressively getting worse and worse to the point I woke up 5 times in the night in violent intestinal pain that had me screaming and unable to move, sleep or get out of bed. Finally this morning the pain subsided when I woke up and I was able to go to work, but I have been light headed and queasy all day. Presumably due to either the lack of sleep or whatever horrors that steak and cheese sub inflicted kn my stomach and intestines. Hopefully I will be back to normal tomorrow. For the record I am not sick, as I have no other symptoms that would lead to the conclusion of stomach flu or the like.
Shame on subway for their horrendous food. Shame on me for eating at the worst sandwich...
