Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oshtemo Charter Township

Not a great experience. We came through here a couple weeks ago around 7 PM on a Saturday evening only for a large order of cheese sticks. We had ordered pizza from somewhere else and they were sold out of cheese bread, so we thought we'd order the cheese sticks from Pizza Hut and then have a full meal. That was a mistake. Not only are Pizza Hut's cheese sticks much more expensive than a lot of other places, there was so LITTLE cheese on them, that majority of the 'cheese sticks' had no cheese at all. I really wish I had taken a picture of them to post with this review. You could see literally the individual pieces of cheese there was so little coverage. They also weren't cut in anyway so you had to basically destroy them to get them apart. To top it all off, for 10 sticks, a single miniscule 2 OUNCE cup of Marinara was included. 2 ounces of sauce now too Pizza Hut? Marinara isn't expensive and it sure would have been nice to have even extra for how dry the cheese sticks were. We won't be ordering again from this location. The store on the other side of town (also on West Main) seems to be much more consistent in quality.

Went there, was told there was no order for the name. even checked the phone number. So naturally we thought it was our mistake. We drive 7 miles to the next pizza hut. We get to the other one, and were told the same thing. Then I check the confirmation to double check on my end. It said it was this Pizza Hut, the first one we went to. I called them, and they say "yeah sure we have that order right here ready to be picked up". They didn't apologize on the phone for their mistake. So already upset because they made us drive an extra 10-15 miles for a mistake on their end. Get back to the pizza hut, tell them the situation, they don't say anything about it. They don't apologize. They hand us the receipt to sign, then the pizza. That's it. What a disgrace to customer service? First, the least you could do is apologize. You had two opportunities and didn't either time. On an issue that was 100% on you. Second, zero compensation? No 20% off for your hassle, no free bread sticks, no coupon for something in the future. Extremely disappointed and hope different management fixes this because this one isn't...

Pizza Hut isn't as good as it used to be, but that's not the main reason for this review. A couple years ago, I placed an online order. Tracker shows it was being made and on the way. They called to say they had no drivers and I had to pick it up. I was unable to and I was mad that the tracker showed it was on the way when it was not. I tried them again this year. They got it right a couple times, but they sometimes use Door Dash for delivery. I ordered a large 5 topping and a salad, over $30, and Door Dash shows up with a medium pepperoni and breadsticks. I paid over $30 for a medium 1 topping pizza and breadsticks. I called and they said they would send a refund voucher. I never got it. I ordered on another occasion and the crust was extremely thin and doughy. It would just flop and the toppings wouldn't stay on. I called about that and the previous voucher. They said they would send it. It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Spend a couple more bucks and get GOOD pizza like Erbellis. EVERYBODY...
