Subway — Restaurant in Oshtemo Charter Township

Poor service. The manager, Wanda, was unable to understand my order from the beginning and when I went to politely correct her, I would get attitude. As a manager, the is completely unacceptable. To top off the bad experience, when she folded the sub over, the entire contents filled the paper. So I told her what had happened while she was still wrapping it. She then opens the paper and says "well, it's all still there." So I let her know that I was not happy with that and she says "well, there is a certain way we told it." I have worked for Subway, so I know exactly how to "fold" it. Just unacceptable. I will never return to...

First and last time coming to this location. Walked in, a short Indian lady was working who barely acknowledged we walked in and there was no one else inside. The bathroom had no paper towel and all the tables but maybe one or two had crumbs all over them and the seats and or were dirty. Again the parking lot was completely empty, super slow. When we were ordering the food she had an unpleasant attitude for no reason and barely listened to what was being said. Very surprising experience but not surprised by the lower rating...

My co-worker and I visited Walmart about 11:30am, we were not going to eat then, but the smell of the bread being cooked pulled us in. We waited in line and when it became our turn we were meet with a smiling face it was a lady named Kristina. Even though she had a line she made us feel that we were the only ones in line.
