On our way up to the mountains, we stopped here to get our lunch for the day. It was about 8:30 in the morning and they were already out of two kinds of bread. Instead of taking the order of the lady in front of us, the woman behind the counter spent five or ten minutes making bread. Once she finally came to take the woman's order, she couldn't even order because they didn't have the bread she wanted.
Next my sister and I were getting our subs. We asked to get two veggies on wheat bread and to pay for it as a foot long. The woman said they couldn't do that because of the "division of labor laws."
Next, when we were getting our veggies, she was EXTREMELY stingy. My sister had to ask for more olives, which she never has to do. And then when she asked for extra pickles, the lady put about eight pickles on. My sister asked for more about eight or nine times before the woman dug her hand into the pickles and lined up about five on her palm and said "This is a normal amount of pickles. On your sub there's enough for ten sandwiches. Next time, if you want this many pickles, say you want ten sandwiches' worth."
When it was my turn, I asked for twenty sandwiches' worth of pickles and she put less on mine than she did on my sister's. I asked for more and she said, "Oh, so you want enough for THIRTY subs."
This was on July 20 in the early morning. I think whoever this woman is needs serious lessons in costumer service. She was ridiculously rude and so slow. Her attitude was snarky and holier-than-thou. If I knew her name, I would call her out by it. It seemed like she'd never learned how to talk to another person in her life, let alone how to act in a professional setting. I wouldn't have been surprised if this woman ran into the restaurant and threw on the outfit and was pretending to work at Subway because she had nothing better to do with her Saturday.
But for anyone who likes Aroma Joe's, you might want to visit sometime. It's in the same building. Just don't go...
Read moreI've never had to write a review before, however my experience tonight night was so jarring I couldn't keep it to myself. I had visited right around closing with my young nephew and had to walk out without ordering anything based on an employee reaction that bordered on belligerent. I have never been to this restaurant before, and I won't be back anytime soon. One of the employees began snapping at the customers in front of us, when they did not cooperate with her demands she began screaming at the top of her lungs. My nephew has severe autism and is easily triggered by yelling/loud noises. He became so distraught that I had to remove him from the environment and walk out without our dinner. The employee was a younger woman with faded colored hair, I believe she was named Alexis? This was the most disturbing experience I've ever had with a fast-food joint, extremely inappropriate behavior on Alexis’s part and I would suggest customers stay clear of her. The store itself was clean and inviting, however the unfriendly and inappropriate behavior ruined the entire experience. In all 0/10, so disappointing and considering contacting a higher up in corporate to report...
Read moreI arrived at subway and waited which was fine. When I approached the window the gentleman asked me to wait I said not a problem sir. He then proceeded to make 3 sandwiches that were ordered online. Once he was done he asked me what I was having. I gave him both sandwiches and asked for them to be toasted. He then ran off to work on another sandwich. The toppings where put on and that was it. I took a bite into the sandwich it was not toasted. I when went and spoke with the gentleman who made me my sandwich. Mean whole one sandwich was toasted and the other was not. I asked him if he could just toast it I’d be on my way I understand mistakes happen. He then told me to wait, so I waited for about 5 min and he proceeded to tell me that as it goes down the line that I should of noticed and that it was my fault. So I said not not a problem and I took my sandwich which I through away and said I will never go back to this place again. After being kind and patient and even asking the man If he was having a good day this was how the...
