Dunkin' — Restaurant in Otsego Township

I went in after the rush finally stopped. Like a week after. I was absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Saw 4 workers behind counter when I walked in and only one other customer in there. I was completely ignored and not greeted at all. Once I stood at the counter and looked at the menu for a few seconds then someone finally asked what can I get for you? No how are you. Nothing. I went there to just try a few of their donuts. Been a good while since I've had them. Well they are nowhere close to being as good as they used to be years ago. I also got my daughter one of those shaken expressos with brown sugar in it. She had one sip and said it was the nastiest thing she's ever had at a coffee shop. I tried a sip turn and it was like drinking liquid sugar. I looked up online to see about dunkin donuts drinks and sure enough they are known for having the most sugar in their drinks compared to many other places that sell similar drinks. Not to mention said they sell some of the most unhealthy coffee drinks. So none of my family or friends will ever be back here again. Horrible service. Slow service even when nobody was there. Order a golden hour refresher at all dunkin from west to east vice vs an never been told I cannot add oat milk. I get the same one everytime no matter which one i visit depends the area im in. Today I came from chelsea mi. Im told today by drive thru cant fo oat milk that there not allowed. Again know how to make drinks an if a customer asks for something added dont refuse. An the girl thinks its funny after I said she can do it an that I work at dunkin well kinda funny I just stopped an got oat milk an added it. 0 issues no curdling either like she thinks lol do better at your job. I was so excited to have a Dunkin’ Donuts in town but I have been pretty disappointed each time I have went. Last time I went (4/7/24) they were out of espresso and also didn’t have the correct donut holes they advertised for the Easter bucket. I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. My order took forever , which was fine but when I got my sandwich it was burnt and dry. No butter or cream cheese offered on sandwich and it was cold enough I was able to pull the American cheese off.
