Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ottumwa

I have never been treated as less of a human being than when I have ordered from here. The customer service is the worst that I have personally experienced anywhere, do not waste your time. On three separate occasions my order has been incorrect, missing items which I have paid for, and when asking if I can either get reimbursed for the items I never received or to receive the items, the response is they can mail me some sort of a coupon for next time, which I did receive one time, and when I went to redeem it over the phone the guy laughed at me and hung up, this has then been followed by various Dominos sauce cups placed randomly on my deck, I can only assume as their way of getting back at me for them not getting my order correct? I filed a complaint about this location with the corporate office, I can only hope that something gets done, I have never been treated so poorly before. I am right this bed with you because I’ve called in several hundred times to your store about your drivers. I am sick and tired of them. Say they’re gonna do something with one of your guys’s drivers fly up and down my About 75 when the speed limit is 25 then runs the stop sign and close the tires tonight. It was a Chrysler 300. The other night was a couple other cars that keep on doing it. I am getting sick of it and every time I call it, they say they’re gonna do something about it so something needs to be done. Domino's has really distinguished itself from the other national pizza chains. Their changes over the last 2 years have been great. The new garlic crust is good. The thin crust had no decline in quality through the changes. The jalapeno bacon cheese bread is great. The new sausage is better than the old in my opinion, but I did prefer the old beef to the new variety. The last items that need a revision is the desserts.
