Stopped by Graham’s Dairy Freez in Ottumwa and it instantly reminded me why I love these kinds of classic roadside spots. The place has a great local vibe—nothing fancy, just good food, soft-serve ice cream, and genuinely friendly service.

My son, daughter in law and granddaughter live in Ottumwa. While visiting they introduced me to Graham's. Since one of my granddaughter's favorite desserts is ice cream, I offered her a special treat after preschool. When I asked her where she would like to get ice cream, Her choice was Graham's and knew exactly what she wanted. "Dough" meaning the Cookie Dough Flurry.
