Burger King — Restaurant in Overland Park

Will NOT be eating at this BK location ever again. No wonder majority of the reviews are awful and the location has a low rating. Ordered the family bundle with the coupon with a few whoppers. As I’m opening one of my whoppers a chunk of meat was missing from the whopper as if I was served a broken Pattie or someone had bit into it. Doing what any other person would do, I brought it back to BK for a replacement. I told the drive thru cashier and he went to the manager. I explained to the manager about the Pattie missing a chunk. She proceeds to ask why didn’t I bring it up here and that I was just here a few hours ago, when I was just up there 30 minutes before having to come back. After having to explain to her why, The manager rudely asks what do I want as if I’m not there for my burger to be remade. I told her I wanted my burger remade. She had an attitude, Saying the burger was being made and the meat broke and that no one bit into my meat and that’s not what we do here. Well surely that’s what you do here if you’re TRYING to make me keep the burger with a half broken Pattie! I then told her that I said it looked, never did I say it was. She then touches on the burger and I told her, “if you’re going to make me keep it, then I would appreciate it if you not touch it. She then says she’s not and that she’s going to make me a new one. And of course she goes to the sandwich maker and starts speaking in different language angrily. Surely she’s talking huge crap about the situation. I would NOT recommend anyone to go eat here unless you want your food to be made poorly and then griped at and...

We were at this burger king 1 year ago. Every time we went to the drive thru, they were ALWAYS missing something. They were either out of fries, burger ingredients, or drinks. When we got the stuff they werent out of, the fries weren’t hot and were more soft than crispy. The burgers were just your average fast food burger, of course, nothing too special. The drinks are okay also.

They also close at unpredictable times. For example, when we were here in 2021 i believe, they were completely shut down at 2pm. The drive thru was blocked off, and the inside was dark and seemed dead. Some time after that, we went to the drive thru and no one responded at all even though the drive thru looked completely fine. The inside actually looked open and alive that time.

Last time we went here was 1 year ago when they ran out of fries. At that moment, they completely lost our business. We were really sick of the weird opening and closing dates and mediocre food theyw ere giving us. I also remember the staff being mean to us.

Nowadays, i either go to the one at Antioch, or the one in the middle of...

If I could review 0 stars I would. I talked myself into trying this location 1 more time after having already been refunded more than once for previous orders. I should've gone to McDonald's!!! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with onion rings. Paid and was handed my food. I glanced in the bag and noticed there were fries. I told them and within 30 secs was handed an order or onion rings. Drove home (less than 3 mins) the onion rings were so hard they weren't edible and the sandwich had so much sauce on it it was disgusting!! I called the location and asked to speak to the manager. Manager Crystal is who took my call. I started to explain the issue...this woman had nerve to say she had fresh onion rings in the fryer, and that she should've given me some from the fresh batch...I asked her why did you do that? Why would you not just ask me to wait for the fresh ones?? Her resolution was that she would put my name "on the list" of people who are due a refund. This is the absolute worst burgerking I have ever eaten...
