I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saki Restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute culinary delight. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance. The decor was elegant yet understated, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience.

The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations, ensuring that I had a truly enjoyable dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food! I started with the Tiger Roll, a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. The combination of fresh ingredients and expertly crafted sauces was simply divine. I followed that with the Godzilla Roll, a truly unique and adventurous creation that left me wanting more. The Northland Sushi Rolls were also a standout, showcasing the chef's creativity and passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients.

To complement the sushi, I indulged in the Chicken Mandarin Teriyaki with Fried Rice. The teriyaki sauce was perfectly balanced, and the chicken was cooked to tender perfection. The fried rice was a delightful accompaniment, adding a touch of savory goodness to the dish.

This is for take out only. We ordered take out which was ready quickly. No problem there. We ordered Shrimp Lo Mein, Walnut Shrimp, Cashew Chicken, Seafood Soup, Egg Rolls, and Crab Rangoons. The Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoons were good. Crab Rangoons were actually great. The Seafood Soup was just ok. Seemed like half egg drop soup half Seafood Soup There were no crispy noodles for the soup. Bummer. We should have asked for them. My daughter did like the sauce on the Shrimp Lo Mein. For the Entrees, there was little to no vegetables. The Lo Mein had some, but less than we were hoping. The Walnut Shrimp and Cashew chicken had NO vegetables at all. The Cashew Chicken and Walnut Shrimp were very heavily dry breaded. The Cashew Chicken had the sauce in a separate container. That seemed a little odd. The Walnut Shrimp had plenty of walnuts but was a little light on sauce. We went back and looked at their website. They have photos of most of their dishes, which is great. Looking at the photos, what we received did match the photos of that dish. We should have looked at the photos first, so that's on us. I generally did not want to leave a bad review on a small business but I felt the need to... I don't understand the great reviews. We went in to get a table and it was 5 tables inside and had to wait 30 minutes for one, he then seated someone because the girl worked there before us which should've been our table. We got our table, we got the appetizer sampler which was AMAZING. The crab wontons were so good as well with the shrimp. We ordered 2 sushi rolls as well as a phad thai, they dropped off our 2 rolls and left immediatley after without asking if we needed anything with it, the server didn't come back for about 30 minutes so we ate our rolls. The sushi was just average, not anything special. The pad thai never came out so we just asked for our check, they added it on there but we told them we never received it. They need a bigger restaurant with more tables and more space, doordashers kept coming in nonstop and it was too small for all that.. Today I called and ordered the crab wontons because I loved them that much, wanted more. I go in and pay and go home ready to eat, they are crab rangoons..
