I had a simple order in the drive-thru: 1 medium fries and 2 strawberry & cream pies. This location, like most, has the 2 drive-thru speakers. I pulled into the left speaker. When I got to the box, the car at the right speaker finished their order. The employee taking orders took and completed 2 cars on the right speaker while ignoring my speaker. When she started to take the 3rd order for the right speaker and ignoring my car I said "Hello, is anyone there?" The employee asked me to hold. I replied "How many more cars are you going to take on the right speaker? The 3rd order is being taken now while ignoring my side." That employee then asked the car on the right side to hold and took my order. When I got to the window I was handed my receipt (I had made my order in advance on the app). I asked to speak with the manager. The employee asked me why I wanted to and I replied "Because I asked for a manager." The employee then yelled back for a manager to which I heard a manager reply in a snotty tone "Why does he want to talk? He has his order taken." The employee said she did not know why. The manager on duty came to the window. I explained how I was annoyed of being skipped multiple times in taking my order at the speaker box. The manager said the employee was new and did not hear my speaker notification and they were short staffed. My receipt date/time was Friday, June 21st, 2024 at 6.38p. I was a manager at McDonald's back in college, before the 2 speaker system. If locations are having to use that now then the employees, short staffed or not, need to be trained on how to work that system before left on their...
Read moreI ordered 2 McDoubles and a small fry through the drive-thru. I usually don't have issues with this location, so I didn't check my order. I get to work, open the bag and there's 2 cheeseburgers and a small fry. I called to let them know what happened and that I was at work so I wasn't able to bring the food back right away to have my order rectified. I let her know that I wouldn't be able to come back until about 8PM. It was about 11:40AM when I placed the order and it was still expected of me to bring the food all the way back up there over 8 hours later, meaning that I would be starving until then (even though I took adequate photos of my incorrect order). I stated that by that time, I would like a refund and Keisha, the manager on duty told me that they do offer refunds. Only replacements. Wow! So over 8 hours later, I made it up there 15 minutes before the manager was to get off of work for the evening and she says to me "Girl, you lucky you showed up now because I was about to leave." Ummm... that shouldn't matter since I couldn't get a refund. Anybody should be able to replace my food. I asked her why I couldn't receive a refund even though I have my receipt, food, and it was purchased with a debit card. She gave some excuse that when orders are placed online or at the kiosk, there's no refunds. My food was replaced with the addition of cookies. The attitudes I dealt with were terrible and I don't like the way it was handled at all.

Read moreIt was full of young people working, joking around, laughing and talking… didn’t pay the customers at the window any mind. A girl with extremely long braids was constantly swinging her braids out her face with nothing tying them out of her face, no gloves on. There was a young male walking around twisting and throwing purple football, it was ridiculous and quite sad to see young people take their job as a joke I didn’t see any adult supervision, kids looked to be high school age or new graduates. Either way there was no adult there to keep anything on track. The service was complete trash, only thing I can say was my order was correct and it was hot, after the drive thru worker asked several times for us to tell him what type of slushies were on their menu lol…. He was trying to repeat back orders so fast he was getting it incorrect which would mean I would have to reiterate the order several times. Overall needless to say I will not be back, service like that I can just stay at home. Where do people find time to laugh and joke around when you have two lines wrapping around the building… smh… not saying you can’t have fun but at least do it in a way that is still productive and attentive to...
